Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

We were the only shoppers in the department. It was just after opening, and COVID is likely keeping things slower. There was three associates standing at the register 20 feet away. One gave a perfunctory stop by to see things were "ok" somewhere 5-10 minutes after we started to shop. We've found customer service is not a strong suite for Macy's over the last few years. Normally, we shop Nordstrom's, but in this case Macy's had a better selection of what we were looking for. We found it, bought it, and left. As we left we both knew why we normally shop Nordstrom's. Yup, I'm old school. I'm willing to pay a few shekels for quality service and advice from a good store. Macy's is not that store, although the store itself is very nice.

My opinion is more rock solid after reading all the following reviews!…read more So after my lengthy experience with this dishonest company I will never use them again for bulk shirt ordering, let me explain... I placed an order for some bulk shirt items and didn't think anything of it having done this with other companies many times before for years. This company had a shirt I wanted to try and I took a gamble buying it and boy was it a bad one! As I waited for my order to arrive it was around 2 week's that I questioned about the location of my order. Again not thinking about it I called and was told it was lost and the shipping information noted that it was delivered to the east coast somewhere. So this was the start to finding the levels of discourteous patterns I would discover about them over time. Again I had to call back and dreading this it took everything out of me to do it but I needed these items as my customers where expecting delivery. My package was located and after it arrived very late, the order was inventoried to find that one of the items sent was wrong. So now you can imagine my anxiety at this point of having to yet call again and listen to the sharp, and overbearing agent that cannot be told otherwise. I had no idea my day was about to go sideways since the first run in with this guy. I know I'm stuck having to waste my time with this poor representative of a human but he did send out a replacement after pulling some teeth and his instructions were to send back the other item as soon as this one arrived and they would take care of the rest as it would be considered an even exchange. So I believed him and this was an even bigger mistake that given this company my business. This was too good to be true. 3 months later I was charged for this item including shipping. There was no communication from them or a shipping label ever provided for the return. So here we are; items ordered, lost, found, replaced but with underhanded conditions and now a company that is guilty of unauthorized fraudulent charges. So I can't do this anymore, I had to call in to put all this together but as expected it what a mistake. I was told I would not receive a refund and they would not take back the original unused item and so NO refund would be issued. So it's not surprising that others have experienced this push back with this mom & pop outfit. They are rude, dishonest, and misleading. The good news is there are other options out there with higher quality products and far better customer service so all I can do is tell others of my exhausting experiences with this poor company. They also offer no push back or at least a positive reciprocating conversation that doesn't end in utter frustration.

Mines been 5 weeks total now, and after speaking to a very rude representative, "John", I'm severely annoyed. You are supposed to issue a tracking number with your return. I had asked the postal lady to do that (not knowing I was supposed to get a copy), and I assumed it was on the box. So now that I don't have this number, my refund has been delayed, and I was told I would receive it on Monday - Wednesday. And now it's Wednesday - Friday, and now it could be another week or two. I'M SO OVER IT. Especially because this rep was literally just saying on the phone "well you didn't give us a tracking number, so there's nothing I can do" Not a "sorry, I've emailed multiple people, with no response, I'm trying." it just automatically goes to him being frustrated with me because there was no tracking number. "well we sent you the instructions in the email" so annoyed. Very rude. I just want my money back. Worst service ever.

I've tried for years to help my wife see that not all denim jeans are worthy of the name "Levi," but it's a battle I continue to lose. Anyway, we found ourselves in the Traverse Mountain Outlets yesterday and my wife wanted a new pair of denim jeans. We saw the Levi store, and went in. We were immediately greeted by a cheerful employee and when we said we were looking for shorts, she didn't skip a beat and asked "men's or women's sizes?" I loved that she didn't assume anytime. My wife wears men's pants and shorts almost exclusively and hates when people assume otherwise. It wasn't long before we had a few pair that my wife wanted to try on. We were hesitant, not knowing if dressing rooms were open yet-you know, Covid and all. Another employee noticed our hesitation and invited us to pick any room and go ahead and try them on. We ended up leaving with a couple pair of perfectly fitting Levi's. (I can call them that because they actually are Levi brand.) The price was a little steep-a little over 100 dollars for two pair. But from what I know about the brand, they should last awhile.

On a recent visit, I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else so figured I'd give it a try and I was actually very surprised. This is a great store, bright and well organized - it really didn't take me long to find what I was looking for - in this case a nice loose fitting, light but warm sports shirt for exercising in or for general casual wear. I like that they specifically have a loose fit, their medium shirts are perfect on me and very comfortable to boot. With some brands I can't buy medium because it makes me look a bit, erm...well....lumpy around the waist! But if I go to large it hangs off me and also doesn't look good. Loose medium here fits perfectly and looks great. The quality seems to be on a par with Nike products, and that's a good thing, I find their stuff to be pretty durable and I'm finding the same with Under Armour's wares too. However, I feel Under Armour has a better selection of products. I think I may have found another new favorite brand.

The level of service has dropped off considerably and customer service and business practices at this location are now shady at best. Manager engages in bait and switch practices and sales associates are either new, incompetent or shady as well. I went in last week to purchase a belt and specifically inquired about black Friday deals on custom suits. The sales rep told me they would be 30% off for black Friday and that sale would start on Wednesday the night before thanksgiving. I go into the store on black Friday. I confirmed with the sales associate that the suits were 30% off and proceeded to take measurements and get fitted for four suits. When I go to check out the discount is not present. Sales associate checked with manager and he said there was no sale on the custom suits. I told him I had specifically confirmed the sale on custom suits with two different sales associates on two separate days. Dude could care less and told me to go pound sand in his polite manager way.
