Plenty of parking, but also very busy depending on the time and day you stop by. I went on a Sunday around 1:40ish. They close at 3. They were busy with a few people ahead of me and some people who came in after. One family was taking forever getting some stuff notarized so it made the wait time even longer. But the guy helping them seemed very patient with them. The other guy was helping out the line. We did wait about 10 min but once it was our turn it was quick and easy to return our packets. Make sure you have your codes ready to speed up the process. There's a do it yourself kiosk for amazon returns, but I feel like it's time consuming especially for large packets. For example the lady who was in line behind me decided to use it, but something was wrong with the receipt, it wasn't printing. They fixed it for her, but something else happened. Everyone who was in line left before her because she had to wait for them to help her out.

I had to ship some really heavy boxes here. Conflicting instructions were provided for what I had…read moreto do to get a receipt. Some employee gestured to drop the items off at the counter and I needed a receipt. Then for the receipt they told me to drag it over to a kiosk. Then drag the boxes back over to the counter. Doing this aggravated an old injury I had. This process is fine if one only needs one box shipped, not 5--what if I had to ship 15? If FedEx chooses to charge more than UPS and still unload labor onto the customers themselves then I'm only going to use it for international shipping from now on. The staff was fine otherwise, but if you can't give me a receipt at the counter like UPS does, then I'll use UPS. The layout at the Sand Canyon branch is better: the receipt kiosk is next to the dropoff counter.
