When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.

Print Theory is truly THAT business! I had the most amazing…read moreexperience working with them on custom tote bags for our elopement party, and I seriously can't recommend them enough. From the start, communication with Avi was so smooth, clear, and stress-free. I brought in my own totes and custom design, and they were not only flexible with working with the material--they were also incredibly patient and helpful through the whole process. Here's the kicker: I realized after submitting the design that I had accidentally written the wrong date--5-4-24 instead of 5-4-25. Total panic moment. But Avi came through like a total lifesaver and fixed the typo perfectly, updating it to the correct date and making it look completely seamless. You'd never even know it was corrected--the final print looked flawless! They finished the entire job before our party deadline, which took so much pressure off my shoulders. And the final totes? Absolutely STUNNING. The quality of the printing is so sharp, vibrant, and clean. Everyone at our celebration was raving about how professional they looked--and the photos honestly don't do them justice. I'm beyond grateful they brought my design to life so beautifully. If you're looking for a sublimation printing company that's knowledgeable, adaptable, and deeply cares about your project--go to Print Theory. They're the real deal, and I'm already planning my next order with them.

This is an update to my previous review. In response to my refund request, they would only do it…read moreif I deleted my review while also saying I'm not a nice person. That's a pet peeve of mine when businesses try to alter reviews by "If you rate us five stars on yelp, you get a complimentary _____" or "We will only provide a refund if you delete the review." I opted not to and requested a charge back through my bank which I knew would likely fail as the business did make an attempt to correct the issue. My gripe is it shouldn't have come to this. All three passport photos were out of spec, and one was flat out rejected. If a service isn't adequate, any business should provide a refund when they know it's not feasible to re-do the service. I was only asking for a refund on the one that was rejected. I hope this review brings about better customer service and more compassion. As I said in my previous review, their other services are fine, and my experience shouldn't deter you from coming here.
