Though the regular service is quarterly, they will fine as often as needed if any issue arise before the routine service. Our tech, Oliver has been servicing our home from the beginning. He is always punctual, polite, and professional. He addresses all of the issues we point out while he is at our home. The price for their service is fair. I immediately recommended Pest Free to the NextDoor post because Andrew and his team were phenomenal. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Best way is to email their support email first and then they'll send Andrew or another team member out to your home. Our home was pest free after about 1.5 months. I'm not sure if that's fast/slow but they were patient and understanding of my messages at any time of the day and were very quick to send someone to either patch up missed holes or to pick up traps that went off.

My only complaint is that the company they contracted with tracked mud and bootprints all over my house and it took me a few rounds of vacuuming and mopping to get everything clean. They also left my side gate open and I didn't realize until a week later when my dog got out and was found roaming the neighborhood when I was at work. I'd recommend double checking to make sure everything is locked up when you return home and putting something down to cover your floors where the path of travel is to save you time cleaning. A family member and I got pretty sick reentering the house after it was cleared and read 0 PPM for the termite chemicals. If you have any chemical sensitivities, you may want to give it a little extra time before reentering your home so the tear gas they're required to use for safety can fully dissipate.
