I'm a Boston Cream lover and my goodness, they know how to make a Boston Cream! They slice the entire donut in half and slab on a generous portion of bavarian cream, which is not overwhelmingly sweet at all, which balances the sweetness of the chocolate frosting. I was not able to finish a whole donut in one sitting and saved the other half for lunch time. We were so lucky to be surprised with this goodness as it is almost an hour away from where we work.
