There are so many reviews out there where friends are posting reviews of businesses to make the business look better, but this is an honest and professional review about B Picky Pools. I've never had better care for my pool. Brandon is conscientious about his work and genuinely cares about his clients. He is a perfectionist and knows what to do with any issues your pool may have. He keeps the chemicals at the proper level and communicates well if parts are needed or anything is not right. I've been using B Picky Pools for a couple of years after firing my last two incompetent companies. I've never had any problems, nor have I ever had a green or cloudy pool. Brandon keeps my pool sparkling year round. I really like him too, he's trustworthy and has a good personality. If I ever have a question orconcern he responds to me immediately. I gave him the key to my gate and he shows up every Tuesday as scheduled. Some pool companies are very unreliable, they change days or they just don't show up at all thinking you won't notice, but not Brandon. This is his company and it's grown since I met him because he cares very much about his clients and the quality of his work. I refer him to many of my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks for all of your hard work Brandon, even in the heat of the miserable Arizona summers when the temps are at 115 and higher. You're the best!!

I personally saw sexually explicit messages and nude photos sent by the female co-owner Summer to my then-partner, along with discussions about meeting up. When I brought this to her husband, who also serviced our pool weekly, he characterized her behavior as friendliness and declined to get involved. I recognize that my former partner was responsible for his own choices. However, I also expect professional boundaries from business owners providing services to our household. I would not hire this company.

We had them contacted to do our pool care. They kept the pool clean and equipment working beautifully. When we asked about our old pool falling apart they gave us options... repair, or replace! So she scheduled a 2nd appointment to have him come out to look at our pool. On that 2nd visit, he was a no show so I called and his wife answered and told me he could not come because he had to "fire a worker". So she scheduled yet another visit (this would be the 3rd). For this 3rd rescheduled visit, Shea did not even bother to show up OR call. I, obviously, by that time did not wish to have any services provided by them but called just to see what excuse they would come up with and they never answered nor returned the call. Highly unreliable and very unprofessional. I would recommend staying away from this pool company! If I could, I would give them zero stars!
