She takes her time with you and explains each move and how it helps your organs and or limbs. She starts her classes by asking you what's bothering you so you can work on it for that session. It doesn't matter if its physical or mental. She knows the moves for everything. :) I've been taking her group classes for a little over a year now and although my schedule only permits Saturday's I look forward to my weekly session. I most recently tried the organic spray tan and I'm obsessed!!! I have red hair with white as snow skin. So I've always feared spray tans, I thought I would turn orange. I initially bought 10 sessions and has been a regular since then. First, layout is beautiful and fancy (chandelier lights). Second, it's clean (cleaning sprays and sanitizers everywhere). 3rd, all great instructors (BettyAnn, Matthew, Steve, Nancy and Natalia. There was 1 that was a challenge but she's gone now). It's semi-private, maximum of 9 but you still get that personal training feel. 4th, awesome owner and her assistant. I can go on and on but the most important is, I feel happy and special after every class! Grateful that I found this studio!
