I most recently tried the organic spray tan and I'm obsessed!!! I have red hair with white as snow skin. So I've always feared spray tans, I thought I would turn orange. This is most definitely NOT the case with the product they use!!! I think it took 15 mins to get a glow that I've never seen on my body before. Wedding, vacation, or special occasion coming up?? I initially bought 10 sessions and has been a regular since then. First, layout is beautiful and fancy (chandelier lights). Second, it's clean (cleaning sprays and sanitizers everywhere). 3rd, all great instructors (BettyAnn, Matthew, Steve, Nancy and Natalia. There was 1 that was a challenge but she's gone now). It's semi-private, maximum of 9 but you still get that personal training feel. 4th, awesome owner and her assistant. For the two weeks previously I went to the Studio almost daily to build up for my surgery. I truly feel that I was in perfect condition for the surgery due to them. 9 days post op i can walk without crutches, a walker or a cane. My surgeon sent me to an Acute Rehab facility in White Plains. I left after one day of "physical therapy" there. The professionalism, knowledge and devotion to their clients at the Pilates Studio is without comparison. It just doesn't get any better, and I am- to say the least- hard to please

You need to get the facts straight first before you jump the gun on how friendly Frank was to me because that's simply NOT the case... My ID is 100% valid. Im retired like I told him several times This is what I clearly told Frank a year ago and he said that it was" no issue at all" ..So I ended up coming back to the club a year later to finally join up. He asked me for ID which I showed him, then he started to say oh didn't you come in here a year ago etc, so I said yes I did. He then tells me "oh your ID says retired you can join at the full rate" and "I told you last time that im not giving you the discount we offer ...(that's not true at all ), What he said was that it was NO ISSUE".. He started to examine my ID, hold it up to the light literally about 5 different times ,,,Not sure what that was about...I said Frank, " WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY ID- YOURE EXAMINING IT LIKE ITS A FAKE $100 BILL OR SOMETHING, I said is there an issue?????..and he says " OH NOTHING I WAS JUST LOOKING AT IT. He then continues to say he's not giving me the discount and he told me this last year. I said NO PROBLEM...I was leaving, asked him for my ID back, and he started taking pictures of my ID with his phone... Maybe you can clear that up for me Andrew..what was that about after I said no problem and was clearly leaving the club with my coat on. Why did he start taking pictures of My ID? I mean I could care less that you or him think my ID is not valid, I could care less about any discount, or joining your club..Thats not the point at all.. I just didn't appreciate the way I was treated..PERIOD. Its really as Simple as that..I hope this clears it up for you. My experience was not good.
