I most recently tried the organic spray tan and I'm obsessed!!! I have red hair with white as snow skin. So I've always feared spray tans, I thought I would turn orange. Go get your glow on beforehand! I promise you'll enjoy the results.

Currently holding classes in the Doonya studio on Broadway and 27th, the TLL class at PatriciaFIT…read moreis exactly what the description suggests. Patricia was energetic, encouraging, and not annoyingly bouncy like some fitness instructors. The class was completely full and included the founder of Beebe's Buttcamp, another studio on ClassPass. In 45 minutes, I got in a great workout without getting too sweaty. The class was exactly what I was looking for: very challenging but not cardio intensive. Patricia placed a lot of emphasis on form, and her repeated reminders were really helpful. I love to try out a ton of different studios on ClassPass and have a few favorites, including Mile High Run Club, Row House, Exhale, and the Movement. I'm definitely adding PatriciaFIT into that rotation!

This class certainly provided it and was expertly led by Patricia who brought amazing energy and compassion to the class. Mats, weights and resistance bands were set out upon arrival and once a brief intro was given with the set-up of the class explained we were off. Patricia took time to adjust all students if needed and assisted us in getting extra stretches too! The hour flew by and really woke up muscles that hadn't been used in a while so it was a great work out. Patricia is a phenomenal instructor and her smile and energy makes you want to keep up (even though it burns!!). Make sure you try this class ASAP - you won't regret it!

She introduced me to a whole new way of moving, and I immediately loved it. I've now been training with Alison for over nine months, and I've enjoyed every session. The machines are brand new; the studio is bright and spacious. There is a seating area right when you first walk in with a coat rack and cubbies for your shoes and belongings. My instructor was Mary Ann and she was so lovely and sweet. She was very encouraging and helpful in explaining what needed to be done and how to configure the machines. She was very patient and did not much you to do things you were uncomfortable with, and had alternative moves to accommodate. Pilates is definitely much more involved than what I had expected. The one hour class flew by and I wish it was longer so that more time could've been spent on each individual exercise and doing them correctly.

She listens to what I want to work on, and is able to customize each session based on my concerns and aspirations. Almost as important for me, Chrissy has become a friend. I enjoy going to pilates with her because, though it is hard work, there is good conversation and good results. Most importantly, the results speak for themselves. I feel stronger and look better than I have in awhile. I am often complimented and have had friends who began working with Chrissy because of my results. Chrissy is also working with my sister-in-law currently who is 7 months pregnant. She is really happy with their sessions. She feels that Chrissy's knowledge of the prenatal body has made her experience really different from any she's tried.
