He was friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and reasonably priced. He took the time to make sure he understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and always kept me updated on what he was doing and why. We had another vendor working on the HVAC who needed to get on the internet at one point. John didn't seem at all put off when I asked if he could create a temporary jack for me to plug the modem into for a few minutes. He labeled the cables, as well as the jacks he installed, in case somebody had to try to figure them out in the future. I'm extremely pleased with the work he did, and if we ever do need additional wiring done I wouldn't hesitate to call Satcom.

The address is for a sports racket store where there's a random stack of printers in the middle of the store. Mike and/or his team I guess (?) pick up and drop off and you pay the guy at the counter who knows nothing about printers. I never saw the printer guys; just talked to Mike on the phone. It took almost 3 weeks, but at least prevented me from buying a whole new printer. If I spent another $100-150, though, I could have just gotten a new printer the next day. So this is the kind of situation you're dealing with.
