We had another vendor working on the HVAC who needed to get on the internet at one point. John didn't seem at all put off when I asked if he could create a temporary jack for me to plug the modem into for a few minutes. He labeled the cables, as well as the jacks he installed, in case somebody had to try to figure them out in the future.
