They've told me many times: in fact about 10 times, my data would be ready to be picked up tomorrow or the next day. They also say they'll call with updates. Friday they told me it will be ready Monday, and so I took time off work Tuesday to pick up toward the end of the day. Now they are telling me 3 more days! WHAT?? I have no idea how they got this many 5 star reviews. They have done nothing trustworthy so far in this 30 day experience. At least be honest with people.
