FACT-Your advice to me was to get another repair company to do the job, with a steadfast refusal to return any of my payment. Your charge was way outside of reasonable when you consider your subcontractor was here for less than 1 hour, which is the total investment in this job for your company. He looked at different views of the rollers, and left with the elevator in the exact same condition as when he got there. You also recommended that I could consider directly contracting with your subcontractor to make repairs, but that it would have nothing to do with HERM-the deal would be between him and me, and that is not what I contracted for. sometimes in business you have to chalk up minor losses as a cost of doing business, but none of that has happened here...
