They then replaced the screen, and it was ok for 2 weeks. I brought it back in again when I noticed that the screen was separating from the chassis. Alex took it apart, but could not put it back together because he said the chassis was bent. The only solution offered was to replace the chassis, with no other less expensive option to repair it. I since took it to another repair shop, paid $25, and it is now working fine. I don't know about computer repairs, but I would not recommend this store for repairing your phone.

I had called them several time and each time they gave me a different response. My husband is having a terrible time working from home. We are constantly having to reset our internet for it to work. I finally broke down and told Fios I want to upgrade but now they can't send any technicians because of the shutdown. I called Sterling Rose and after a 5 minute phone call, our internet is back in working order. No need to upgrade. Sterling Rose has helped me with my laptop several times and all remotely.
