They offered to do other things to help out during visits to the home, like retrieve our mail and making our place looked lived in. The woman taking care of our cats left notes about how the cats were doing, how they were eating, which we really appreciated. The furballs were in good shape when we got home, the litter boxes were clean, etc. If we were still living in their area of service, we definitely would consider using them again if we needed pet care.
