I popped in to see my dog as an unannounced visit and he was not with the other dogs in the play area, but he was locked in a crate. Then I brought my other dog there and he passed the temperament training test, and I boarded him there once, and he has not been the same since. It's almost like something happened to him, but he can't tell me what obviously because he's a dog.. if only dogs could talk right? In addition, I would try to reach the Naperville location by phone when I was away and no one ever answered. I wanted to check up on my pets so I would have to call the Downers Grove location to get anyone from Naperville to call me.. I just got bad vibes about the place and I will not be bringing my dogs back.

Recently, I had her sitters for when we were out of state on vacation for a week, and my dogs were spoiled with 4x a day visits. They were great about spreading out the time so that my dogs got attention from 6:30 am until 9:30 pm. I cannot say enough positive about how how attentive the sitters and Robin are to details, and how spoiled my dogs are, now that I'm back! They now are demanding more outside time from me!! They will, also, for no extra charge, water plants and bring in mail. And, Robin texts you photos and updates daily on your pets, while you are away.

I had heard of Wagmore through a friend quite a while ago when the service was still owned and run by Diane. Diane and I had met, but I ended up not needing a dog walker until this month. When I went to the website, I found that the business had been sold and was now run by Bequita and Sam Dempsey. Bequita came and visited with my dog for a meet and greet and was super friendly and very tolerant with his overly-ecstatic greetings, face licking, and jumping. I decided to have her come take care of the dog, since he seemed rather fond of her. Bequita was fine with my changing schedule, my not being an every day customer, and whatever else I threw her way. She is a very flexible person. Every day, she left me a little note, telling me if my dog had peed or pooped, if he'd been good, and what the walk had been like. Her notes had a section where I could respond and write my concerns. When my dog was limping, she checked to make sure he didn't overdo it and wrote to tell me he was all right. She mentioned he seemed to be scratching a lot, so she brushed him to try to make him less itchy. Service has been great, and I know that while my dog probably missed his regular walker, he was in good hands with Wagmore. I'll be using this service again when I have evening hours at work. Highly recommended!
