We found them through Yelp so I was not sure what to expect - but Carol and her team are so caring and responsive! They emailed me back right away at the outset to schedule a home visit, showed me all their credentials, sat with our dogs to get to know them and then were ready to start walking our dogs immediately! There prices are reasonable, they text and send pics every day and if I have to change our schedule last minute, they never complain or have any issues. I also needed them to take our dogs out of our home one day while we were having a family party and they accommodated me and Carol watched our dogs in her own home! We had Auntie Carol watch our lovable dog for three days recently when we went out of town. Carol and one of her amazing employees came to our house to meet with us and our dog before our trip. Both women were incredibly friendly and put us at ease immediately. They even got down on the ground and played with our dog to make sure he was comfortable with them. They went through a series of questions and were incredibly professional and prepared. We were given a confirmation for their services and were able to pay online (which was very convenient)! During our trip, we received daily updates and pictures of our dog. Carol brought in our mail and packages as well! At first, we were nervous to leave our dog at home, but were SO comforted by Carol's attentive communication with us. We actually felt like our dog was being cared for by a family member! Brittany has been our main sitter and she is fantastic. For example, when we had a leak in our sink and were out of the country, she took the initiative and laid down towels and shut off the water. When we had a serious illness in the family and had to go out of town last minute, Brittany gave up her day off to take care of our cats. She also takes the initiative to turn lights on at night, bring in our mail, and a host of other things that help us. Our cats love Brittany, and Carol and her team all truly love animals. Carol watched our special needs cat while we were out of town for a couple weeks for our wedding. We were actually out of the country so it was a very stressful time especially since our Ty is a little antisocial:) and requires anti seizure medication every 12 hours. The best around! I used Auntie Carol's services to care for my two kitties when I went on a 6 day trip. I made the request through their website and received a response almost immediately. Brittany was my assigned sitter, and she was fantastic! At our initial meet and greet she was incredibly nice and down to earth. At the end of her daily visits she sent text messages which were very detailed and included pictures (when the cats would allow). Getting the updates really put my mind at ease while I was away. The prices were very reasonable. They don't charge an additional fee per pet like some of the others, but they still do the extras like scoop litter boxes and bring in the mail. We are stunned because we used this company before and we were so very happy with them, that we called again when the need arose ( our regular dog walker moved). We got a return text saying that there was a dog walker in our area who could probably work for us. We then never heard back. And the manager has been to our home, knows us, and never reported any problems to us, so we are baffled. We called, emailed, texted---still no reply, and it's been several weeks. I have been using them for just over a year now. The simple fact that I've been doing so for so long, should give you an idea of their excellent service. They come over whenever I need them to let my dogs out, even if it's with very short notice. Every time they let them out, they send me a text message which includes a picture and a thorough description of what the dogs are doing.
