They watch after our 3 cats when we are not in town and they never fail to give us daily updates on the services they provided, pictures of the cats and any concerns that have come up. Twice Simply Pets has really gone above and beyond for us - once when I had a family emergency and they did everything they could to fit us in last minute. More recently we were out of the country when our furnace gave out and Kelsie & Josie did everything from turning on our space heaters to finding alternate housing (in case the furnace couldn't be repaired soon). They kept us informed every step of the way and what's more important, did everything to keep our cats safe and comfortable. I feel very comfortable having the staff at Simply Pets watch our cats - from scheduling, to billing to the way they interact with pets, you simply can't ask for more.

We needed someone to take care of them in our rental property during the day while my wife and I were taking care of business. We found Diane at "Your Pet Concierges". We came home to very happy dogs. We love our dogs very much and Diane seemed to show the same kind of love to our animals as we do. We were very impressed!
