Below is the actual email that I sent to Deb thanking her for the time she spent taking care of our dog baby Sampson. Our dog is like our child and we treat him as a member of the family. Finding someone like Deb that we could trust with him was so important to us. We will definitely be using Deb in the future. If you are trying to decide between a boarding facility and using Deb, the difference is night and day. We (unfortunately) boarded our Pit Bull rescue, Sampson, one time and he came back sick, scared, and not acting like himself at all. With Deb, he was calm and happy just like always. Deb knew we were nervous about leaving him so she even texted us pictures of him eating, playing, and rescuing frogs from our window well! If you hire The Pet Nanny, you won't regret it! I love this Pet Nanny, Deb! I am what you would consider a neurotic pet owner..fearful to trust anyone with my dogs because they tend to run out of the front door and need some special care. I can't imagine using anyone else! She is is so loving and conscientious and treats my dogs like her own. In addition, if i need to call her last minute (like same day or same hour), she will always agree to go over and feed and let my dogs out. The best way to describe her awesomeness (is that a word?) is to tell a short story about what she did: when one of her long time customers passed away, she not only went over there and cared for her 2 dogs and a cat, when the animals were taken to the shelter by the police, she made it her mission to find those animals a great home! She didnt need to do this, but she spent all her free time searching for a lovong home for these pets that she came to love.
