After flying for 2 hours with a 1.5 year old who needed a nap, this was less than ideal. :( That said, I know summertime in the Midwest is busy but it didn't leave us with the best feeling. I felt bad for the lady working because it wasn't her fault. She was very friendly and was wearing a mask (unlike her colleague right next to her) so we're grateful for that. I will say that the process of extending the rental one day was pretty easy as we didn't even have to call, they just added on the extra daily cost the day we returned it, so that was a plus!

I didn't feel safe given the body language of this person and the tone he spoke to me in, so I was thankful when security came. The attendant then refused to rent a car to me or my husband (who came with a credit card). I asked for a manager, but I was told he was in another city and unable to talk. I was then told later that the manager was in another country. I honestly don't think they wanted me to speak with a manager and lied. Later I was told this was the second incident at the enterprise counter with Ryan that day. He should be fired.

Demanded my return flight confirmation number. Provided - stated that wasn't it. Eventually he figured out it was correct. Wanted to know where I was going with the car. And scolded me that they would charge me $1500 if I drop the car off at a different location. The reservation stated pick up/drop off at the airport. To top it off, you held $250 in my checking account for the duration of the trip. I will NEVER use Budget again. Horrible customer service.
