Service 5/5 Excellent non-reservation support from the store Manager and one of his associates. It was a holiday weekend and their inventory was almost non-existent. The Manager secured an economy car and had it ready in 10 minutes. The associate called me outside to perform the walk around inspection, perform final review and E-Sign outside on their tablet. The process was done quickly and we were off in record time. Thank-you Donatello (sp)? I appreciate you. Even without reservations (reservations recommended) Enterprise Rent-a-Car came through! After those reviews, the Service Department Manager reached out to me personally, listened to my concerns, and assured me they were working to improve. I'm happy to say they have! I recently brought my daughter's Toyota in for a scheduled 1:00 p.m. oil change and routine maintenance. In the past, even with an appointment, a simple oil change could take nearly three hours. This visit was a completely different experience. The service was completed in just over an hour, and I received text updates throughout the appointment letting me know the progress. It's easy to write a negative review when things go wrong, but it's just as important to recognize when a business takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. I truly appreciate the efforts of the Service Department Manager and his team for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. I have been fighting with Thrifty for over three weeks now trying to resolve a huge issue. They claimed that I didn't return the car until 8 days after the date that I actually returned it. That was a huge issue that no one would help me with until finally one man at their call center said that all cars have tracking. He was able to prove that I returned the car as I said I did. But the fight was not over. Hertz (I guess they are the same company as Thrifty) did an inspection of the car 8 days after I returned it and told me that I was responsible for damage found in that inspection. Many calls and emails later, they said that if I can prove that I returned the car on the day I actually did, then they would not hold me responsible. The customer service center (after many calls) told me that they cannot correct the date, only the rental location can do that. I am unable to reach a live person at the location. The recording says we are closed and suggests going to their website to find the hours of operation, which I did. Their posted hours show that they are open. So still no resolution to this issue. Stay far away from either Thrifty or Hertz.

Had a few options a Jetta (2026) or a convertible Mustang. The Mustang (2026) wasn't quite ready as would have had to wait, which I didn't really have the time nor was it spacious enough for the amount of things I'd be traveling with. Due to that, it was quite small for my needs. In moving forward with the Jetta, I was only asked one time if I wanted insurance (I declined). When I went to pick up the car, the agent (Daniel) walked around the car with me for the drive-away inspection. I do recommend taking pictures of any (any!!) dings, scratches, imperfections etc. even with the agent tending to mark them on the contract be vigilant. Supposedly, Enterprise doesn't charge for small dings, etc., but I still wanted photographic proof, with him in the shot, and recognizing my observations and ensuring that everything was taken into account. Returning the car was quick and easy and should receive my deposit back within 2 business days! The Jetta got great gas mileage & would recommend this location for your travel needs.
