Wanted to give this place a 5 but the customer service makes it impossible. Let me start by saying this pizza is some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. It's obviously made to order, hot, and with some of the best ingredients around. I got a half cheese half pepperoni with a order of breadsticks and was in heaven. The pizza was fresh and those breadsticks are to die for. I will make sure to order the breadsticks ever time henceforth. Now for the customer service. I ordered my pizza on the phone and was told it would be a twenty minute wait for my carry out. I got there about 15 minute later to find they hadn't even started making my pizza and was then over charged for it! Thankfully I was with a regular who caught the price problem and was able to dispute it with the worker. They were kind of rude about it but I got over that when I tasted the pizza. So let me start this off by saying that I really wanted to like this place but in the end what was delivered to us was just a gooey mess! Was in town visiting a friend and we decided to order some pizza. Upon research, we saw Pizza x Two was close to us. So all dandy and place the order for delivery. Upon receipt of our order, it says it came from Avila's Pizza Two- so not sure what happened there. It looked like two complete different places (similar menu) but that was confusing. No big problem....UNTIL we started to get our grub on. The pizzas came fresh and very hot- PERFECT right? Ok so we dove right into it and it was just a gooey sloppy mess! First of all it was not cut properly and/or all the way. It was hard to take a piece. Yes it may seem that I am being PICKY about this, but usually I wouldn't mind that if I am able to grab a piece without the ingredients falling all over. The toppings literally fell off... it was a sliding mess. So I was left with a goop of sauce cheese and meat on a platter while holding a somewhat uncooked piece of dough in my hand. WTF. That was unappetizing. Tried to dive into another piece and same problem. I was completely turned off and my hunger went away. We were eyeing 5000 pies but they don't deliver, and the company they use charged a lot for delivery, which is why we decided on Pizza Two aka Avila. This pizza was pretty delicious and the prices are great! They have lots of different family specials so I'd definitely recommend getting that to get the best deal. We ordered pick up and it was ready in 15 minutes. Customer service was great when I got there, and the pizza was good too. Their dough is very tasty, it looks like it'd be really thick and too bready but it tasted pretty light and flavorful. Plus I saw them making it in the back, so that's always good! I have mixed feelings about this place but I think I'm a fan? Since this is probably my only go to pizza delivery place. I love to use my EAT24 app to order food these days. I like to graze over the menu and avoid calling in because lets face it, convenience is everything these days. Well, I've ordered from Pizza Two many times. First time, gross. Pizza was so saucy and blahh. No bueno. Second time, messed up my order! How does this happen?! I ordered jalapeno & pepperoni and bell peppers & Italian sausage. Instead I got, jalapeno & bell peppers and Italian sausage & pepperoni. I called to tell them and they tell me they'll redo it and delivery it asap. But then they asked me for the old pizzas back? I mean, trust me, I don't mind giving the pizzas I did not order back, but why would you ask for it? What can you possibly do with it? Eat it yourself? Gross! Third time and every time after that: perfection! I order my pizzas with light sauce and its just perfect! Definitely would recommend doing that. So what have I learned from this place? The deals are pretty decent and the pizza looks great upon arrival, but whomever commented that there is just too much sauce is right. The sauce-to-cheese ratio is way off. The sauce also had a flavor I didn't really gel with...can't put my finger on it other than that it was too sweet and too thick. This is kind of blasphemous, but I wish I had just had Domino's delivered. However I like to stay away from chains when I'm in a new area. I also agree with whomever mentioned that the wings are soggy. They were definitely soggy, so the consistency/texture kind of freaked me out. The hot sauce was good though. I'm not understanding these rave reviews and I'm wondering if there is some kind of loyalty/nostalgic thing for something people have been eating for a long time. We ordered a delivery today for a deluxe pizza, 2 liter coke zero, and garlic bread that everyone seems to love. The pizza came in a little under an hour hot, and the delivery guy proceeded to hand me a coke. We're limiting excess sugar intake and this pizza was supposed to be a treat that I haven't eaten in over 3 months. When I asked about ordering a coke zero, he said they didn't carry it so they gave me a coke instead. I said, "I would've rather have a diet coke than a regular coke," and he said "well, I asked them and they said to give you this." I replied, "How come no one asked me what I wanted?" to which he said, "uhhh I don't know, that's what they said." He then called the pizza place and ran over to Rite Aid to buy me a coke zero. That snag aside, we ate the pizza and felt that the toppings were all slightly undercooked. The peppers and onions may have been just warmed, the meat wasn't very juicy, just dry. The bacon bits were just prepackaged bacon bits you buy from stores, not crispy or flavorful, just artificial tasting. The only good thing was the crust, and the pizza itself just wasn't very enjoyable overall. The garlic breadsticks were weird. It wasn't bready and had a strange texture. Have you ever had Chinese cruller (you tiao)? It tastes like that. A soggy donut-like texture and lacked any garlic flavor whatsoever. It was covered in the powdered Parmesan cheese you get from stores. No thanks. The only thing I enjoyed was that it seemed to taste better cold than it does fresh. Meh, I wouldn't waste precious stomach space here. I'd just order from a better pizza place. It's entirely forgettable and not very good. read more

No. Is it gourmet pizza like you would find a Michael's? Not that either. However, it is very good and the crust is made fresh for you. I would consider it very good american style pizza. They also heap on the ingredients (I had the meat lover's, which was completely packed with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and sausage) and do not scrimp on the cheese or sauce. My girlfriend is a vegetarian, so she got the veggie pizza. Unfortunately, there is only one vegetarian option for pizza, but it also comes with a lot of veggies. You can also custom order ingredients, which is nice. The service: The staff is friendly and they are very fast. We ordered pizza for pickup and it was ready in 20 minutes. No complaints there. Pizza and pasta were fine and satisfied our hunger. I took advantage of the 3 large pizza deal for $19.99 which is basically the same price of Domino's but this place is so much better. Delivery was fast and convenient, but the food was terrible. First off I ordered the Italian sub with mustard and Italian dressing. Came mustard only and there was so much on it I was able to squeeze the sandwich and it came pouring out. Also, there was so little meat in it I'm not sure you could call it a sandwich. I also ordered a chicken salad. The chicken was terrible almost like it had been sitting a refrigerator for a very one time not to mention the dressing was watered down.
