We purchased a car from this dealership in September for our son to use in college. We live out of state, and unfortunately, this has been an ongoing nightmare for the past eight months. We never received the title after the purchase. My husband repeatedly followed up with the owner, Ardy, who gave excuse after excuse. It became clear the title had never been sent. Eventually, he stopped responding altogether. When I reached out, I was also ignored--until I began posting negative reviews. Only then did he respond. He finally sent a title, but it was incomplete: it was missing a required signature and showed an active lien on the vehicle. Since then, we've been trying to get a lien release letter. Ardy has claimed for months that he's "working on it," most recently saying he would have it "any day now." He also told us the previous owner came in to sign the title properly, but when asked to confirm, he could not. He frequently contradicts himself and has repeatedly been dishonest in text communications. At this point, he has stopped responding again. We have documentation of all communication and are prepared to share it if needed. As it stands, we paid for a car that we legally do not own because the paperwork has not been properly completed. Our temporary registration expires May 13, and if this is not resolved by then, we will be forced to return the vehicle and pursue legal action, including contacting an attorney and the Attorney General's office. This experience has been completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. read more

We delivered a vehicle which he refused to pay for. We took them to court, he dishonored the court date and didn't attend it. Stay away from this dealer, this is not the first time he has done this He is known to claim that his accountant is out of town and promising to send the check through mail and in the end never sending the payment. The entire process was no-hassle, hands off and no pressure. All in all, we are very happy with the deal we received, the quality of skervice and the condition of the vehicle. **update: So we have had the vehicle for a few months now and I will definitely say there were things wrong with the vehicle that the seller was aware of and did not disclose. The fact that it needed a new alternator and the fact that the power steering goes out randomly somehow and locks you out of the trunk and rear doors is something he knew...because he drove the vehicle around for 2 weeks+ before selling it. I bought a BMW  M3 with this guy( Ardi) in September of 2018 . The car was hardly driven  always wrapped in car cover when parked 80 percent of the time. Last month when I brought the car for a preventive maintenance to a certified BMW mechanics, the mechanics told me that the car has lots of rust all over on the under carriage and that he  advised me to think it thoroughly if it is logical to go forward with repairs and maintenance; I decided then to sell the car back to the dealer  where I got it from; when this dealer  sat on the car he then asked me ...if I tampered the odometer? I said " NO". why would I do that?.... I was thinking if the car's odometer was tampered, then it must be  you because  I bought this car from you .  He also told me  that I drove the car " too  much " that the car has a very high mileage... I told him... I hardly drive the car I have 4 cars  at home I drove the car less than ONLY less  than 2K in 15 months since I got it from you..  Why don't you check your computer so you will find out that the car has already a very high mileage when I got it from you...The reason why I am trying to sell it back to you because  it is no longer worth keeping the car  has lots of rust all over the under carriage .You sold me a car THAT YOU KNOW YOURSELF I WAS PLANNING TO KEEP FOR A LONGTIME. The inspector who "passed" the car for MD inspection  should have told you not to sell the car  with that condition. To my dismay..he made an offer of $2,500 for the car ..I rather  donate the car to the charity. ...right now this guy is selling an 18 year old M3 with only 26K miles on it..... he is also CURRENTLY selling a   whopping 29 year old Acura WITH ONLY  3,512 MILES ON IT( which is unthinkable) ..... I should be asking him the same question he asked me....If he tampers the odometer of the car he is selling?..  Lastly, While he looked at the exterior of the car, .I pointed to him parts  that I replaced myself  for the same parts he promised he will mail that never came. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and this was the best car buying experience ever. I was looking for a specific make and model and I found it all the way from Houston in Maryland. I emailed Avazi Auto and they responded very fast. The car was described to me and I thought it was too good to be true. After a few days of submitting forms, payment etc. the car was delivered to my front door in EXCELLENT condition, even nicer than described. I live in Boston and was searching Autofinder.com specifically for a low-mileage 2003 Acura TL within 400 miles of Boston and found a great one that had just been posted for sale by Avazi Auto Group. BTW: I've owned 5 Acura TLs: bought one brand-new in 2000 and beat the heck out of it for 10 years and over 350,000 miles. Virtually trouble-free. Just changed the oil and routine maintenance. I went on to buy 4 more Acura TLs, 3 were 2003 models, one was 2002. Now...back to my review. The sweet 2003 Acura TL that was offered by Avazi had only 15,567 miles on its odometer. That's an average of just 1,100 per YEAR.There were TONS of photos of the car online (which I loved). I called Ardy asap. He gave me the back story on the car. I then researched Ardy and Avazi Motor Group and found him and his company to be very reliable and trustworthy. Still want to "take things up a notch". Made a strong offer to purchase the car "contingent upon satisfactory outcome of diagnostic service at nearby Rosenthal Acura dealership", which Ardy accepted. Ardy drove the car from his shop to the Acura dealership for me (remember: I live in Boston) and the car passed their scrutiny flawlessly. A very noticeable scratch on the front bumper (driver's side) was bugging me. So since the bumper was going to be removed to allow Ardy to install a brand-new lens on passenger side, I paid a bit more to send the bumper out to be painted. I paid for the car in 2 installments roughly 8-9 days apart. Ardy sent me the clean title & bill-of-sale so I could register the car in Mass., fly to BWI ($49. 1-way...such a deal!) and slap the plates on this creampuff and drive her back to Boston. Very happy with the car, especially after I detailed the heck out of her once I got back to Boston. Shines like she just came off the assembly line. Just 15,567 miles on it when I bought it. Rosenthal Acura and Chevy Chase Acura PDF'd the few ROs they had and emailed them to me. Car is amazing. I would MUCH rather have a reliable, easy-to-maintain, inexpensive-to-insure used car than any NEW car requiring payments. Esp. when the car has been pampered. Purchased 2000 BMW M from Avazi August 2020 delivery included.Car was delivered to me in Ga.15 days later.As driver unloaded vehicle he broke loose rear brake line from caliper.As I drove home from the Walmart lot where car was delivered break pedal was very low,got car home and discovered the problem.Ardy at Avazi felt he was not responsible even though he arranged delivery not me. After a number of back and fourth conversations he agreed to pay 350.00 in writing as partial payment for repair.Never received payment even though he lied and said it had been sent out to me.Also lied about air bag cover I was to receive by mail a 6 dollar part which I found and purchased as well.The tires were 14 years old also I was told they looked good has I purchased site unseen just photos.The people at Avazi lie and are not honest.There are a lot of places to buy cars do yourself a favor don't deal with Avazi. read more

In the first 30 days after I bought a 2006 Toyota 4Runner it was in the shop for 13 days. On the first test drive there was severe vibration and ardy claimed it was a bad set of tires so he ordered a new set. He wanted me to take it to AR Auto around the corner to change the tires. Picked it up and same vibration so I took it to my regular mechanic who said I had bad front axles and ardy want me to take it back to his Guy at AR who confirmed it was the axles. The "warranty" company denied any coverage and despite all of ardy's lies to "buy the car back" and "put his money where his mouth is and cover the repairs" he did none of it. After almost $ 1,500 out of my pocket for Uber fees, towing charges and a final trip to the Toyota dealer to replace the axles I'm back on the road. Avazi is a total scum liar. They not only answered my questions, but also lowered their asking price. Then they held the car with a credit card deposit until she could come in almost a week later to finalize the purchase. Absolutely terrible. Scammers. They sold me a car with a bad engine and I had asked if there was anything wrong with the car and was told "No" numerous times. When I took it for a test drive it was making a very loud rattling sound. So when I drove back to the dealership I had the one guy look at it. Now mind you this guy was inside the hood of a BMW when we first pulled up to this dealership. When he popped the hood of my car to take a look at it. His exact words were, "Yeah the sound is normal, all Nissan's make that sound." Come to find out after 2 months of driving it around after being told the sound was normal...turns out I have a bad engine with a misfire on the 3rd cylinder. When I reached out to the dealership they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I had already had a mechanic look at my car so I knew for a fact that it indeed was my engine. When I told the man this he said that I would need to come there with my own mechanic. Now from my understanding the guy that was looking in the hood of my car as well as many others when pulling up initially to buy the car, I had thought that the guy was a mechanic. According to his friend( The Owner) he stated that the man was not a mechanic, but that he was a "PDT" (Otherwise known as a "Paintless Dent Tech"). So my question is...If he's not a mechanic...then why is he popping open hoods and looking inside the cars? As well as giving false information to car buyers? To sum it up I ended up having to spend $2,000 out of MY POCKET. But luckily enough I found a REAL dealership who deals specifically with Nissan's and they took great care of my car and were very nice! They also covered the rest of the cost for my engine! So don't waste your time, your energy, or your gas coming to this sham of a dealership. You are much better off looking on craigslist. :) read more
