Highly recommend them. We have bought 3 cars from them over the past 10 years - all good experiences. This last one had a few issues after we got it and Matt was true to his word and fixed everything properly. The others are still running great. Don't know what to say about the negative reviews since our experiences have always been positive and they've always done what they promised each time. Just like any used car purchase, do your homework, check CarFax and have an independent mechanic look it over. Smooth talking salesman do NOT believe them according to my bill of sale they were supposed to put in n a new battery and starter they did neither .They knew I travel extensively for work and couldn't come up for them to look at my car and sold me a lemonh. A month in when I did come bqck their mechanic said nothings wrong. I'm getting a new starter because they didn't do that also they tried to shimmy my account by rigging it to the relay which could have caused a fire and destroyed my entire car. My mechanic just told me that they did a shady job and my whole car would have been on fire. Also they're were NO washers on several of my lug nuts almost causing an accident months prior when my tire almost flew off on the BELTWAY. This is beyond reckless and a huge liability on their part. Buyer beware! Car was twice the kbb value. Had an inspection sticker even though the airbag light was on, seat buckle didn't operate and engine was covered in oil. Pictures and description covered up obvious damage to the vehicle. We walked away. read more

Great dealer, fair prices and quality cars. They stand behind what they sell. After having our avalon for 3-4 months, the radiator cracked. (typical Toyota issue). Anyway, a local shop wanted almost $2K to repair that and replace the power steering pump that was leaking. Certified stood behind the car even though it was out of warrentee and only charged me for parts and their real labor cost.. about $500. When I need another car they will have my business!!! read more
