The coffee machine in the waiting room is down. Customers waiting for their vehicles don't look comfortable. In my opinion what I've heard of the interactions between some staff and some service customers was not as professional as it should be. Nor was it as nice as I was used to hearing in the Philly burbs. My vehicle has been exclusively dealer serviced so I'll be looking around for a different dealership . And if I notice the reviews for this place improve, I may come back. Update: April 2025 Wanted to add a service to my appointment for an upcoming Wednesday. No one could tell me how much the additional service would be because nobody answering the phone could get anybody in service. I was told "we have 100 appointments daily and they're usually UPDATE: January 2026. FINAL and FOREVER TRY with this place and they failed. I do mean FINAL. Left VM's to get price for 60K Service. 3 days later and no one has returned my call. So with this service and future services because I keep my vehicles for 10 years they have lost at least $5K to $7K of my business.

Overpriced I had a horrible experience with service…read moredepartment. I took my Mazda in for an electric window issue, as well as 2 recall issues. I was quoted over 1,000 dollars for repair, including a 150.00 diagnostic fee. When I asked why the diagnostic fee wasn't waived since they were doing the work, I was given a curt response that the technician needs to get paid. This was all communicated with Kayla via text. Since I had to get the recalls taken care of, and did not want to run around, I let them do the work. When I got the car home, there was a red error code on dash and the door locks weren't working. Round 2: take the car back, seeking clarification that they would make it right and I wouldn't be charged. Kayla said she couldn't say that it was related! Round 3: 2 days later, and no communication from them, I get the vid from them admitting that first tech missed something, and that it was now fixed. Never did I get a text, call or verbal apology for this multi-visit, 5 day ordeal. Shout out to Charlie, who was the tech who finally fixed the issue, and the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Not great. Took my car here to be serviced and to get my Maryland inspection. I had to wait all…read moreafternoon, only to be told I failed the inspection because ONE thing was wrong, I had tint on my car. (Mind you, this tint was only on my car in the first place because the FL dealership I purchased it from forced it on me.) I had to go across the street to get the tint removed, which I did that day. But everyone was gone by the time I finished, so I had to schedule a second visit. Meanwhile I got dinged for a fail on Carfax, which is ridiculous, could they have waited two days since I had literally one thing to fix? That's how long it took me to reschedule and get a pass. Then I had to give my papers back to the guy multiple times because it still said Fail. Took three tries. I also was out almost 500 total for basic maintenance and inspection. Crazy. Go elsewhere unless it's close and there is a Honda-specific need.
