    The wait in the lounge with non stop infomercials.

    The service team have always been professional and polite. I do think they need to reimagine the lounge with seating and chargers for those that want to plug in and work. Other seating for those who want to sit, sleep or watch TV. And TV should not be on infomercials. Rather have news or music videos or something else less depressing. I don't usually wait and it was manageable but I think some extra thought to the space may help. It was not a bad experience but could have been better.

It helps to know their approach upfront - no negotiation, no hassle or high pressure. Was interested in and test drove a 2010 Toyota Camry that was exactly as advertised and pictured on their Web site and was immaculately detailed. They had absolutely no issue with me taking it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, which it passed with flying colors. My dealings with KAS spanned a Friday and Monday, so I ended up dealing with both Rick and Henry. I received courteous, informed attention from both. Have had the car for almost a month and it has been great. This is a small-scale operation with a carefully selected inventory. If you are in the market for a used car in their sweet spot (probably $6-17K) I highly recommend you check them out. I usually buy my cars new and drive them for a long time, so I was a bit anxious about dealing with used car salesmen. KAS put my concerns to rest - I'd do business with them again anytime and have recommended them to friends.

Before coming here, I used Toyota 355 in Rockville, but after a very disappointing experience there, I decided I would never return and began looking for a dealership that truly values its customers. This was my second visit, and once again Ben Thurston exceeded all expectations. In addition to my scheduled maintenance, I asked him to look into some damage on my wheels that I believed should be covered under my service plan. After reviewing the situation, Toyota initially determined that the repairs would not be covered. While I accepted the decision, I expressed my disappointment that the wheels on a truck I purchased for nearly $90,000 were already showing significant wear after less than two years. Rather than simply delivering the bad news and moving on, Ben took it upon himself to explore every possible option. He contacted multiple wheel contractors, discussed the situation with his management team, and even reached out to Toyota on my behalf. He genuinely cared about finding a solution and never stopped advocating for me throughout the process. In the end, Ben was able to secure approval from Toyota--not just for one wheel, but for the replacement of all four wheels. That outcome was far beyond anything I expected. Customer service like this is rare today. Ben went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase, demonstrating professionalism, persistence, and a true commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of him, I will continue bringing my vehicles here for service and will recommend this dealership to friends and family without hesitation.
