My furnace suddenly started blowing out cold air, which is obviously a pretty big issue this time of year. I reached out to Anton and he was out the very next day. It seems I had a pressure sensor that was on the fritz. He had everything wrapped up in under and hour, throughly explained the issue to me in non-HVAC vernacular, gave suggestions moving forward, and the price was unbeatable. As a first time homebuyer who has not been in the residence long, I really appreciated the level of customer service provided to me. I would not hesitate to give them a call again should the need arise in the future. Thank You! read more

Anton came to my house not on the day he scheduled an appointment but just when he felt like. he spent 15 minutes to tell me dust was the cause of the loud noises heard through my entire home from my furnace. I then asked his dust could cause something like that and he proceeded to challenge me and asked what I thought it would be knowing I have a professional in my home for a reason. if you need your time wasted call these guys they'll burn all your time up for nothing! read more

As mentioned in a previous chat, I didn't expect a refund as I understand that time and travel requires payment. However, $95 is not a small service fee. It was the Board President that diagnosed the potential problem. Prior to contacting this contractor, the President confirmed that I could choose a service of my choice so why he rejected your service to repair the problem during the visit is concerning. The technician arrived late in an unmarked vehicle and spoke little english. Payment process was cumbersome using Zelle. QR code available for scanning would have been helpful. read more

2 weeks ago my parent's furnace stopped working. We contacted AVA Quality to repair it. They provided their service for a decent price and arrived the next day to find issues. After that within 3 days they completed the repair (there was cracked heat exchanger and they replaced our furnace with the new one). Technician Igor was very polite with us and explained what problem we had! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Choice Home Warranty forced me to use them to replace AC. They did not know how to pull a permit and did not want to give insurance. After I pulled the permit and waited 2 weeks for insurance they finally came out. They sent one guy who only speaks Russioan or something.. . So no way to communicate. He was here from 10AM ro 10PM and did a shitty job. Needless to say it did not pass inspection. Coil leaking fluid and air and condenser not installed properly. And now these fools are trying to say I need an electrician which is not the case, they needed to extend the freeon line and don't know how to do it. I will be filing a lawsuit and contacting their insurance company and state licensing agency. read more

My furnace went out this year on so far the 2nd coldest day of the year. I contacted Ava Quality LLC and within the hour there was a technician at my door. Not only was he efficient and kind but he brought his own shoes to wear while in my home as to not track up my floors. As my children were in school at the time I was worried with them coming home to a cold home, nonetheless worries were splashed within 2 hours. My home was back well heated and my furnace has been tanking wonderfully ever since. I will definitely be using your services in the future, thank you so much. Rachael Hudgins-Sode read more

I called 3 different hvac companies to look at my boiler "rolling flame out" from under the boiler. one company offered $11,000 for a new boiler. the 2nd, $9,000 and the 3rd $7,000! Each of these companies ONLY LOOKED AT THE FURNACE VISUALLY, but never got their hands dirty to inspect it. I called AVA and this guy cleaned it and then inspected it and said no, your boiler is not cracked. if it were, water would be leaking all over. after cleaning it, he put water into it, turned it on and saw the rolling fire. he turned it off, inspect it deeper and found the heat exchanger was blocked and needed cleaning. a charge would be $1250 to clean the heat exchanger. NOW THAT WAS AWESOME! I dont care the language, an honest diagnosis of $1250 is far better that $7,000, $9,000 and $11,000 fake diagnosis. thank you for your honesty and welcome to America! read more

this business is run by bad people. Their technician was supposed to give me a quote. He didn't speak a word of English and just went to work. His poor work caused a flood throughout my basement. I cleaned and fixed their mistake. upon being told of their mistake, they insisted on seeing it-even though they had been informed it was mostly fixed. they offered to help, knowing. they had caused a problem. I offered to split the cleaning costs and the owner, Anton, was very pleased. He did proceed to back out of the deal 3 days later and then denied ever agreeing to helping. He then illegally taped our conversation, as he knew he would be making me angry and getting yelled at. THESE ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE, AND THEY DONT KNOW THEIR JOB. STAY AWAY. read more

Mykhailo came today and did a great diligent job on our HVAC/air conditioning system that was not working properly. I was very pleased with the service. He inspected all the issues that I reported but also went above and beyond and did a solid inspection and also inspected the A/V system outside to make sure our system was in good shape before he left. Great job Mykhailo! read more

DO NOT PAY THEM. SUPER SKETCHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. I usually don't write reviews because I'm not a Karen, but I need to save anyone I can from working hiring this company. My furnace stopped working while it was 10° outside. My home warranty company sent these guys to my house and although the technician was nice (he didn't speak English) the owner was very hostile and rude. They tried making me pay them extra for the parts, even though the warranty company told me not to pay them anything besides the service charge of $65. I spoke to the owner (Anton) and he made up lies saying that i needed to pay them in full and they would refund me if the warranty company approved the part. It felt like a scam. The technician left, and I got a text from Anton saying that if I sent him $65, he would book an appointment for me right away. I sent him the money, and then he ghosted me. I called the warranty company, and then finally they resolved the issue and came back 10 days later to fix my furnace. Keep in mind it was 10° outside and in my heater was unable to be fixed because of these guys. read more

Zero stars. Completely unprofessional & hostile owner who displayed complete disregard for his own mistake. I will never contact this company again and would never allow them in my home again after how he spoke to me over the phone; yelling & cursing b/c I requested a refund for a "service call" to which they should have never even been out to perform. They got their lines crossed with my home warranty claim and should have worked it out with them. Instead, this extremely rude and disrespectful owner went crazy b/c I wanted a refund for a service call they should have never accepted. I had a water heater that was leaking but AVA came out to look at my furnace (which they did not look at b/c it wasn't the reason for my claim). I explained they must have gotten the incorrect information but they insisted I owed a service fee for coming out & said I would have to work out the error with my home warranty. Of course, they blamed each other for a while but turns out AVA was wrong and should have refused the call as it was for a water heater which they do not repair. When I called to request a refund the owner went nuts and became incredibly rude, being demeaning, yelling and cursing. It was shocking and I couldn't believe how he was acting over a $65 refund when he was the one who messed up. They misrepresented themselves and made a mistake but rather than owning up to it and simply making it right, this guy went on the extreme defense for some reason thus potentially losing business as I have warned everyone I know in our area to NEVER do business with them. You do not act this way over something so small unless you are a bit unhinged. Steer clear! I would never ever recommend this business to anyone. In the end, my credit card reversed the fee in my favor. read more

Anton was great! He came out next day of requesting a annual service. Though he didn't deliver good news for us, he did a great job explaining things to us. Would definitely recommend and will be using his services in the future. read more

Good man, kept me updated and was prompt, doesn't seem like any job is too hard for him. My house needed a AC update and now upstairs gets real nice and cold. Definitely calling back for yearly service! read more

Very happy with Anton's service. My tankless water heater stopped working. He showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem and charged what he said he would. He did not try to upsell me on any service and did just what was necessary to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend him and use him in the future read more

My furnace was not working on a cold day. I had same day service and my furnace is working at a fair price. Anton was very knowledgeable and did a great job. AVA Quality will be the only company I use going forward for HVAC. read more

My wife works from home and the A/C went out, so we needed it fixed fast. After leaving messages with five different companies, I got a call back from AVA Quality. Anton came out within two hours of my call and recharged my A/C system. He added a "sealant" and freon to our system, both of which were almost triple the price of his competitors. Unfortunately everyone else was booked, so we had no choice but to pay through the nose. I will not be hiring AVA Quality again. read more

Anton was great. He was super thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend AVA Quality for your furnace needs. Thanks Anton!
