Yeah, no one read call my number to confirm and recommended they start doing that after the rep gave another excuse of "receiving so many calls to their office." When I asked to get priorized today as my young child would be coming over for the weekend today and was told they could "try, but..." and when I explained this has become ridiculous they defaulted back to saying "no one was home last time we tried" and I referred back to THEIR expectations set that they would call when ON THEIR WAY, then why still show up when no one answered because they called the wrong number? The rep got incredibly irate and aggressive and I asked if I should call another company since they can't seem to keep up/adhere to expectations, to which she yelled "yes, I think you should" be hung up. I know this is the hot season and it's busy, so give proper expectations, confirm you have correct contact information, keep your customers updated and for God's sake, take accountability and hold your temper... Unprofessional, unreliable, incredibly unpleasant company to interact with.
