Mid Oct 2024 they moved my 3ton A/C unit over and further from house making it easier for me to keep clean. It's taken me some time to write this review as I'm still recovering from surgery. Come Spring or Fall I'm planning to renew my maintenance contract. They come out twice a year to check HVAC and clean everything up. Again outstanding Customer Service every one works with you. They do provide the service requested and gave me a link to make an appointment. We'll see how things go in a couple of days. No issues with the technician would did spend a bit of time taking the oven apart. He tested the control board and said it was the issue, collected my service fee, then an hour later sent an estimate for more than the price I paid for the oven two years ago. I can look at the part online and they are wanting to charge double, plus $500 for roughly the same labor that they just spent doing for a $65 service fee. So while they were quick to respond and nice enough... I'm still up a creek with less money and more wasted time.

I found this business on Yelp as I was looking for a brand new furnace, AC unit, and heat pump…read moreunit. I messaged them and Erik immediately replied. Came out and gave me a quote for a name brand Carrier system that was over $1,000 cheaper than the nearest competitor (and I had 4 different companies quote). Installed it 3 days later and no problems whatsoever. The attention he pays to detail is insane. OCD in a very good way - everything is perfect - even the stickers are installed straight. Meticulous attention to detail. Went well above and beyond in every way. This is the business you want working on your heating and cooling! Very small company and Erik is the owner and does an amazing job. No multi million dollar company where you get a different tech every time who doesn't care. Can't recommend enough!

I saw him working - in addition to knowledge and experience he has a good working culture, and you'll rarely find it these days!!! He did a complete A/C system replacement for me. He quoted the project and after that explained all the details I was asking about (even I was asking quite a bit more than a usual customer would). As a result we slightly corrected his initial standard proposal to better fit my not quite standard case. His price was sure better than those big companies estimated. After being a customer of Allied Air Conditioning and Heating Corp. for 37 years and watching deterioration of service level there as well as a price increase I'm switching to ThermPro Heating and Cooling on a permanent base for all my HVAC needs. I can see that here you can talk it through and find solution (possibly even not a standard one) that will fit your needs and checkbook. Corporate America does not operate this way (it just cannot) - they have a set of rules and some company standards that they have to be within, but I, as a customer, do not care about. In addition to all I see that if we, consumers, will not support businesses like this one, we will be paying more for less service. So I strongly encourage you to consider ThermPro Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs! And I thank Erik very much for the good job he's done for me.

The company then quoted me $2200 as the cost to replace it and reiterated that this did not include the $99 that they already charged me. So yes, had I gone with that company, it would have cost me $2300. Armed with this information, I posted pictures and exactly what the "diagnosis" said and asked for emailed quotes...to be clear I said EMAIL only. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. He came in.. with the water heater... replaced it... and went on his way. Other companies, that followed directions, also came in higher than $2000. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Jason and Lakeland! Last summer, it was recommended to us that we replace our unit so I called around for quotes. I randomly came across Loud Brothers and I am glad I did. They sent out a technician that day who performed a detailed inspection of our building and unit. Unlike the three other companies I called who just sent us a quote after minimal face time, he sat us down and educated us on the problem and what he recommended. He also asked to come back the following day with the owner, something that really speaks volumes to how this company is run; all customers matter. After their thorough inspection and quote, we chose to go with Loud Brothers even though they were not the cheapest. I felt 10x more comfortable with them because they were the only that took the time to understand our company and situation and juxtapose our various options rather than sell us as quickly as possible. I cant speak more highly of this company. They truly go above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone.
