Completely lazy customer service, with mixed/improper expectations. Called for 3 days, each day…read moretold would be serviced later that day. Each day, no call, no show. Excuses each time pointing to bad to be management and disorganization. On the 4th day (today) , was told someone came out the prior evening but no one was home. I was home all day/evening and was awaiting the pre-call that I was told repeatedly that I'd receive, so I wasn't sitting by my door waiting for someone to knock. When I explained I got no call, they read back the phone number they had, which I had repeated every time I called, and the last 4 digits were swapped. The rep just said, "Oops, that's the problem then." Yeah, no one read call my number to confirm and recommended they start doing that after the rep gave another excuse of "receiving so many calls to their office." When I asked to get priorized today as my young child would be coming over for the weekend today and was told they could "try, but..." and when I explained this has become ridiculous they defaulted back to saying "no one was home last time we tried" and I referred back to THEIR expectations set that they would call when ON THEIR WAY, then why still show up when no one answered because they called the wrong number? The rep got incredibly irate and aggressive and I asked if I should call another company since they can't seem to keep up/adhere to expectations, to which she yelled "yes, I think you should" be hung up. I know this is the hot season and it's busy, so give proper expectations, confirm you have correct contact information, keep your customers updated and for God's sake, take accountability and hold your temper... Unprofessional, unreliable, incredibly unpleasant company to interact with.

Nathan was professional and he provided good service as he had to replace some bad hardware in my bathroom tub area. He also had to replace some old lead pipes and replace them with copper. The cost was a great price. My only con is that I was left to repair my wall that he cut into since I didn't have an access panel. Although it hasn't been expensive to repair it has taken a while because It was unexpected. Otherwise I have had no additional concerns. Ask as many questions about your project as you need too to ensure you don't run into my issue but otherwise I would absolutely recommend.

When it arrived, my tenant sent me pictures of the "repaired" drawer, which was clearly broken before it was delivered. The controller didn't work from the get-go. The fridge continually froze everything. And yes, my tenants adjusted the thermostat..... So, I called Waln again, and he came out and put in another refurbished controller. It did not work...again. My tenants have been without a fridge for a month at this point. At this point, we bought a brand new fridge, and asked for a refund from Waln. I received MUCH push back. He did not want to honor a 30 day refund for a refrigerator that never worked...not even one day. Eventually, He agreed he would contact my tenants and arrange pickup. They have not heard him over two weeks later, and I'm sure at this point, I'm out $300. Please beware. We now have a junk fridge at our rental, and he also hauled away a very nice fridge that needed an easy fix. We just couldn't get any one out that could fix it and not charge us an arm and a leg. So, he has my money and my nicer fridge. I feel like I've been stolen from. It's really unfortunate to be taken advantage of like that. Please beware!!!
