No issues with the technician would did spend a bit of time taking the oven apart. He tested the control board and said it was the issue, collected my service fee, then an hour later sent an estimate for more than the price I paid for the oven two years ago. I can look at the part online and they are wanting to charge double, plus $500 for roughly the same labor that they just spent doing for a $65 service fee. So while they were quick to respond and nice enough... I'm still up a creek with less money and more wasted time.

Came out and gave me a quote for a name brand Carrier system that was over $1,000 cheaper than the nearest competitor (and I had 4 different companies quote). Installed it 3 days later and no problems whatsoever. The attention he pays to detail is insane. OCD in a very good way - everything is perfect - even the stickers are installed straight. Meticulous attention to detail. Went well above and beyond in every way. This is the business you want working on your heating and cooling! Very small company and Erik is the owner and does an amazing job. No multi million dollar company where you get a different tech every time who doesn't care. Can't recommend enough!

I saw him working - in addition to knowledge and experience he has a good working culture, and you'll rarely find it these days!!! He did a complete A/C system replacement for me. He quoted the project and after that explained all the details I was asking about (even I was asking quite a bit more than a usual customer would). As a result we slightly corrected his initial standard proposal to better fit my not quite standard case. His price was sure better than those big companies estimated. After being a customer of Allied Air Conditioning and Heating Corp. for 37 years and watching deterioration of service level there as well as a price increase I'm switching to ThermPro Heating and Cooling on a permanent base for all my HVAC needs. I can see that here you can talk it through and find solution (possibly even not a standard one) that will fit your needs and checkbook. Corporate America does not operate this way (it just cannot) - they have a set of rules and some company standards that they have to be within, but I, as a customer, do not care about. In addition to all I see that if we, consumers, will not support businesses like this one, we will be paying more for less service. So I strongly encourage you to consider ThermPro Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs! And I thank Erik very much for the good job he's done for me.

We stumbled upon Father & Son Heating, and were immediately given a straight-up estimate. (Coincidentally, the "Father" lives in my longtime hometown, and the "Son" is 20 minutes from the house we just bought -- but I have no skin in this game, receive no commission, and offer this review without any incentives.) I was given a Master Class in how forced-air furnaces work (we previously spent 25 years baby-sitting a boiler-fed radiator system); was not up-sold on any unnecessary service or repairs; learned how the presence of four furry dogs might require more frequent filter replacements (again -- no sales pitch; just a suggestion that we buy a case on Amazon); and a free look at our older AC unit. We've put Father & Son Heating on speed-dial, and -- while hoping we don't need their services at three a.m. in the middle of February -- they have earned our trust. #SUPER-HIGHLY-RECOMMENDED
