I am late in posting this review, but couldn't not follow up and say how happy we were with the service from Jett! In late April, my brother called us because the CO detector was going off in our summer home in Ingleside where they were staying temporarily. The house hadn't been used in quite some time..... so we were in a panic, and had to get someone out there ASAP! We called Jett, and Steve was the technician who came out that same day (thank goodness!!). He was great. It turned out the CO detector was too close to the furnace. The furnace was old and wasn't used much over the years (because we mainly used the house in summertime).... it really needed a good cleaning, which Steve did and he did a great job. He checked it out really good and he worked fast and efficiently. Steve recommended a new furnace for the near future, but got the one we had working efficiently for now. He even helped my brother fix the cable TV! (Thanks again, Steve!) We were so happy and relieved that we didn't need to replace the furnace right then. We will look into getting a new furnace possibly before this winter, and we will for sure call Jett to help us again. read more

We are SO impressed by Jett's Heating & Air! We will NEVER use another HVAC company, again, as long as we can work with them. We have had a nightmare of a situation with our previous HVAC company spanning over the past 7 years. Jason, the technician that came to help us today, definitely saved the day! Jason was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. His whole approach was to fix the problem, but also educate us and show us how to save money while getting the most efficiency out of our system. 100% of the information he shared was about saving money while getting the most out of our furnace and air conditioner. He provided more value in the first 5 minutes of arriving than we have experienced in the last 7 years of working with the previous HVAC company. They have a life long customer in us, and a life long referral partner too. EVERYONE SHOULD USE JETT'S! read more

Jett's Heating and Air supplies excellent service! Their staff is very responsive and understands their customer's needs with very an affordable pricing structure. My AC had gone out last night allowing the heat and humidity to build up in the house at a rapid rate. As the weather conditions were changing toward a humid/warming trend, their response allowed for my 84 mother to stay in the house. I called them at 8am and by 10:30am the issues were resolved. Turns out the previous 2 HVAC people I had in to clean and charge the system, did not do what they had said, In fact, they also over-charged the system with Freon which fortunately did not cause any damage. Jett's policy to show the before and after results proved these claims. Thank-you Jett's Heating and Air (Crystal Lake, Illinois) read more

I had an original furnace in my house with replacement parts and very inefficient . My system needed to be replaced . I had two other companies here to service my furnace and give me a quote for a new one . My daughter got a furnace installed by Jetts and was very happy . I am so glad I called . Wayne was super knowledgeable and professional . He explained to me how my coil wasn't centered and needed dampers to balance my airflow . I got a new furnace , coil , humidifier , and thermostat and was a lot cheaper than Four Seasons was . Not only that the crew that did the install treated my house like it was their own . The furnace and work they did looks awesome . I will only use Jetts for my furnace and air conditioner servicing . They have another customer for life . read more

Feeling incredibly grateful and humbled today. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jett's Heating and Air for not only fixing my furnace in just one day but also for their outstanding service--fast, prompt, and courteous. The service men were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were fast and efficient in left my house cleaner than it was when they got there. But what truly left me speechless was the owner, Wayne Jett who also happens to be our town's mayor, surprising me by installing the entire furnace unit for free, knowing about my struggles with years of medical bills. I can never thank him enough for this incredible act of kindness. Forever grateful. #Community #Gratitude #waynejett #jettsheatingandair read more

Based on the recommendation from my brother, we called Jett's, when our furnace was giving us fits. The owner, Wayne, came out and gave us a quote to replace our 22 old furnace with a 96% energy efficient, 2 stage variable Lennox. What a difference. The Tech's, Ken being one of them, did an outstanding job with the installation of the furnace and working around all our other existing pipes to run the Intake Line. By the way, they also replaced our very old A/C Unit, at the same time. Due to the time of year (Dec), they will come back in spring and do the required system balancing... (technical stuff...) I highly recommend Jett's for anyone's HVAC needs. Jett's team is efficient and professional. read more

I am Very happy that I came across their web site when I was looking for someone to service my AC unit. My unit is 18 years old and still works fine. But, the outside fan would not stop running when the thermostat gave the signal. This company sent a very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service personnel named Steve. He took care of the problem huddled under an umbrella. Replaced the defective electrical component and then cleaned my unit thoroughly. Looks like new and saved me the trouble of having to do it again. When my unit does crap out, I will be looking for Jett's to do the install. In fact I will go to them for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them. read more

Had my 22 year old furnace and A/C unit replaced by Jett's after receiving their's and 4 other quotes. I have a fair amount of knowledge about heating and A/C systems and some of the other quotes proposed to provide replacement services that left me with more questions than answers. The owner of Jett's came out to do the quote, we discussed why he would do this and wouldn't do that and came to an agreement on what exactly would be done. He came in with a great price, replaced the entire system and made it look like a new installation, not a cobbled together replacement. Excellent installation. System is quiet and runs a lot less often than the old one. Great job, guys. read more

Needed two furnaces late 2014 and decided to deal with Jett's due to recommendation. Work, cost and product first rate. Few weeks ago, the 16 year old air conditioner decided it had had enough so contacted Jett's for recommendation. I had my own ideas as to what I needed but was reasonably advised that I was asking for much more than was needed to get the job done. I was ready to be oversold but Jett's was not in agreement-----where do you find a company like that today?? New unit was installed couple weeks ago and am more than just satisfied. Jett's will always have my business and have been recommending them to neighbors (again)!!! read more

Paul, from Jett's Heating and Air came out last month and offered a competitive quote for a new furnace, some duct work, and a new AC unit. They figured two days for the install at the time of the quote. This morning the team showed up right on time and started the install. I received a call from Paul that they had finished the install in one day - before I even returned home home from work. A few hours after I returned home Paul called again just to make sure I was satisfied with the install and clean up- that's great customer service. We couldn't be happier! Thank you, Jett's! read more

Our furnace had gone out Dec 30th around 8pm. Pretty much the worst time for sown thing like that to happen. It's also when the temp dropped to the single digits. We had called and Wayne sent someone out and they were at our place in 45 minutes. They got the unit to run for the night and explained it needed to be replaced. (The burners inside were melting the surrounding shielding.) The next day on New Years Eve they showed up to complete the installation of the new product at a fantastic price. They ability to help us quickly saved the start to our new year and kept us warm!! read more

Jett's HVAC did an absolutely phenomenal job in getting out to our house and taking care of our AC unit within a day of initial contact. We were without air for about a week right around the 4th of July holiday. They not only came out and replaced our unit the day after our initial phone call, but they were $2,000 dollars under every other quote we received. Wayne came out to the house, spoke with my wife, set up the service, and took care of us. EXCELLENT customer service, fantastic installers. We couldn't be happier! Thanks Wayne and crew! read more

Imagine your air conditioner going out at one of thee hottest points in the summer. The thermostat says 84° indoors! It's soo hot and humid your feet are sticking to the wooden floors! I called up Jett's Heating & Air on a Monday. They were at my home the very next day! Thank God it was a simple fix! The service tech Steve C. was polite and very informative. He even changed out my furnace filter for me! I would recommend Jett's Heating & Air to anyone and everyone having any HVAC issues!!!! read more

Wayne came came out to give us an estimate to replace our furnace the same day we called. Despite the fact that it was not an emergency replacement they were there the day after we called to schedule it. Ken and his partner were prompt, no waiting around for them to get here. They had everything done in a couple hours and now we have a great new furnace for the winter! We are very happy with the service and will be using them in the future! read more

I've been having problem with my AC for a couple of years and no one has been able to figure why it was cooling, till Steve came along! He checked everything and explained everything! After getting everything checked something was still wrong and so he looked further into it and figured out what the source of the problem was. This a very professional company and the men they send out are highly qualified. I greatly recommend this company! read more

I called Mark on a Tuesday afternoon because our air conditioner quit working. It was very hot and humid outside. He had several jobs lined up for the day, but said he would get to us that evening. He got to our house after dark and used a headlamp to fix the fan motor in our air conditioner. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. It was awesome that he fit us in that late at night. I strongly recommend him. read more

Thank you Jett's Heating!! After another company was scamming me by over charging, over selling and under performing, Jett came in and saved the day. Not only are they honest and trustworthy, but they were professional and respectful. I was able to get a better furnace for far less money. I would definitely go with Jett again and when I need to replace my AC (I'm sure soon) I will be calling them back. Thank you for everything! read more

We are renters in Lindenhurst and needed major help with our A/C. Steve Cirrincione came out and did an amazing job! He got our unit pushing out cold air. It's a miracle! He educated me with tons of invaluable information to help us save money going forward. He was very professional and patient. He took his time to do the job right. I would highly recommend Jett's and especially Steve to anyone looking for quality work. read more
