The other furnace was crap and only lasted a year before the blower failed (because of the pressure miss match caused by the plenum mismatch). They replaced the furnace with a good one, AND got it up off the floor like it SHOULD have been. In addition to correcting the plenum, they put a NEW and correct filter housing on it. That doesn't seem like a big thing except the prior company had some dummy install a filter housing with the screws facing IN to the slot where the filter sits making it a real pain to replace. George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available.
