His team did a great job protecting our house to bring out the old and bring in the new unit. They did a great job cleaning up. You wouldn't even know they were there with the exception of the house being warm. Jeff stayed to make sure that the new furnace cycled properly before departing. Saturday he texted that he has the numbers for me. Again on Sunday he texted me to say he the numbers. I called him and he said he would get back to me. Still heard nothing from him. I texted him Monday morning and he said he was on his way to Home Depot and Menard to see what they had. So basically he lied to me on Saturday and SUnday because he never had any numbers for me. He finally got back to me on Tuesday with a random price of $1900 cash. I asked for a formal invoice and brand of air conditioners he had. Never provided that to me. He was supposed to come on Thursday between 11:00 and 3:00 to install them. Never heard from him. I texted him for a time update. Never responded. Close to 3:00 I texted him to cancel the appointment and was not going to work with him anymore. Then he responded and said he did not see my previous text but he could come out on Friday morning. I told him I was going to look for another HVAC company to work with.

But he met me at 4:30 on a Friday evening. He came back early first stop Monday and got our furnace working. He was fast professional and was not trying to upsell us. i don't think they know what they are doing. I've spent the entire summer without a fully…read morefunctioning AC unit (that they "fixed" last summer by the way). While they attempted to fix it in June, they did not correct the issue and continue to come out and not fix the issue. I should also say the communication is terrible and they have not shown up several times, shown up at times different than what was scheduled and also did not communicate the time needed to do the work in advance. I've had a technician come and say he sees the issue and another technician come back and say he can't find the issue. I hired a different company to come and check their work and their technician found Premier didn't identify the correct issue (motor issue), didn't adjust the pressures correctly, didn't properly install the part they "fixed," and left an important filter off the unit without replacing or mentioning that it was not replaced. This company just seems to be incompetent and I cannot recommend anyone hiring them.
