Unfortunately our AC unit was completely dead and need to be replaced. Jim gave us two quotes one for a Lennox and another for York. On Monday I told Jim we would go with the York because of the warranty. Shawn came the next day to install the new AC unit. During the install Shawn ran into some trouble because my parents choose to side over the AC lines. UGH!! Jim and Shawn came up with a great solution and did a beautiful job! I love our new AC unit!
