Trinity was so wonderful and explained everything in depth and detail. I got a total of 3 piercings and she was so kind when advising me about a conch piercing. I was so happy that she made me feel comfortable and everything about this place is so clean. It was my first time getting any piercings other than the ones I got when I was a baby, so I was a little nervous but this was the best place to go to. Definitely will be back for more! read more

Ava Piercing Company - Piercing Near Me - Temecula, California

Love this place. Everyone always makes me feel super comfortable and excited to get a new piercing.

Trinity was so kind, informative, and sweet. She helped me out via instagram with some piercings I was having issues with. I came in for an appointment to get my nostril pierced and we also addressed the issues with prior piercings. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Their jewelry selection is huge and amazing! Once you pick out your jewelry, they sterilized all the pieces while she walked me through the entire process. Trinity's approach to piercing is perfect because she doesn't do "one size fits all." Everything was personalized to my anatomy and needs. My only regret, is that I didn't find Ava Piercing Company sooner. Thank you so much Trinity! I can't wait to come back. read more

I would very literally never go anywhere else for my future piercings. The Ava shop is a professional piercing shop with trained and certified piercers who are specifically dedicated to this craft. This is why my piercings here have healed flawlessly, even the piercings I was afraid to try again because they'd gone so wrong in the past. My mom is now looking to have her ears pierced again, and I'm insisting that she go to Ava. Trinity and her team are spectacular to be around, and then you get this incredible piercing experience on to of that. Ten stars. read more

My goodness ...this place. Came in for 1 Cartledge (not sure about spelling) for myself and 2 regular ear piercings for a friend , 3 smallest Swarovski stones (highly recommended ) and 2 cleaning sprays, 1 1/2 later and $250 (YES 250 DOLARS), I left feeling ripped off. I understand it's downtown Temecula and with covid, small businesses are trying to make some dough....but geez crazy expensive...just call it covid tax. Yes, I could have asked for price first but the money it's the thing....just wanted to share my experience. The gal who pierced was way long winded (I think Ava) and had to go into depth about each step of the process with a full piercing 101 class. But I already have 6 piercings....lol I know already. Will not go back. read more

Ava piercing is the best place to go to for high quality and ethically made jewelry. The piercers are all APA certified and you will have the best and safest piercing experience. Trinity has done multiple piercing for me, and her knowledge and expertise are second to none! I haven't always had the easiest healing process, but Trinity's knowledge and help has made it so much easier and comfortable. Plus she's always there to answer my questions and see me for a quick check up. Ava has the most beautiful jewelry in stock, and they can custom order anything you may want. I send all my friends to Ava! read more

I'm about a month late on this review, but I came across Ava Piercing Company thru a desperate google search. I had a tragus piece of jewelry that was STUCK and needed out for an MRI. I had to cancel the MRI but tried to find someone that same day to see if they could remove the jewelry in case I was able to reschedule the same day. I called numerous piercing shops before calling this company. Their piercer was either not in, they were booked, or they didn't answer at all. The girl who answered (who happened to be Trinity) was very polite and was able to squeeze me in that same day. When I arrived, she went over some of the jewelry that is safe for MRI's and then took me to the back to remove my stuck jewelry. It was cross threaded and REALLY stuck but she managed to remove the old jewelry and insert my new one. No pain whatsoever. She was very polite and knowledgeable and a pleasant person to talk to. Thank you again for helping me out! I will definitely be returning here for any piercings I may want in the future. read more

Hands down the best piercing company I've been to. The whole place is just a vibe. I got a personal piercing done in April, and I am in love with it Trinity does an amazing job at answering any and all questions and makes you feel welcome. Can't wait to get another piercing done read more

overpriced jewelry with the claim they are the best quality. got earrings there and spent $165 and 3 weeks later they tarnished in her ear. such a disappointing experience read more

When I was on vacation in Temecula I accidentally knocked my ear around and really irritated a healing piercing. AVA got me in for a check up, even though they didn't pierce me. Manny checked out my piercing, cleaned it up, and assured me it was ok. I loved the clean and professional vibe of the shop and their amazing jewelry selection, so I came back the next day to take a look at some pieces. I fell in love with a few, and Manny was able to pierce my conch and install a gorgeous pink sapphire. I heard that the conch was supposed to be the most painful ear piercing, but of the 14 piercings I have, it was the easiest! It has also been the least painful and irritated while healing. Manny is so smooth and good at his job...his art! I felt fully safe and taken care of the whole time, with Manny explaining each step to me and helping settle my nerves. (Yes, even after all my pokes I still get anxious.) I ended up with some beautiful new jewelry, a perfect conch piercing, and a new trusted piercer. Thank you for taking such good care of me Manny, I'll see you again soon so we can make some more magic on my ears! read more

Ava Piercing Company - Pear cut pink sapphire with white gold chain from Pupil Hall - Piercing Near Me - Temecula, California

Definitely the BEST piercing experience I have ever had! I have had 'hit and miss' experiences with my nose piercing. I don't like to install (switch out) my own jewelry - even though I've had it for over 2 years. It's just easier going to a professional. However, the technicians I've found in the past are not dependable or professional (for various reasons). Then, my most-recent ring was just all wrong. It was too long and poking the inside of my nostril. And, the jewel feel off. So, I had no choice but to replace it. I called the last person I used. The phone was disconnected (UGH). So, I drove from Murrieta to Temecula to see if she would fit me in. About that...., she was too busy chatting with her friend and couldn't find it in her schedule to do so, and she wouldn't offer any other time on the same day (to do a 5-minute or less install). So, I went on another search. And, I am SO relieved I did. This place is it for me. They are the best! The facility is as clean as a medical office. The jewelry is professionally displayed, and the customer service was top notch! I reached out to Trinity by Yelp. She replied within less than 30 minutes. She was kind enough to fit me in the same day. In terms of the jewelry.... OMG!!! This is the best ring I have ever had!!! No more posts sticking me in my nostril. No more 'carefully' washing my face or cleaning my nose. Of course, I'll still pay attention, but I don't have to pay as 'much attention'. This place carried the type of rings that don't hang down on the inside. AND.... going forward, only the top half of the ring (the stone) needs to be replaced. The post never has to be removed. Also, they are happy to provide you with evidence from the manufacture on what type of metal they use - just in case your skin is sensitive like mine. I will NOT go any place else. #SoHappy #BestPiercingShop! read more

I came in today for a quick check up on an existing eyebrow piercing that was NOT done here. Trinity was so kind and thorough while evaluating my piercing! She was honest about how my anatomy isn't the best for the piercing, and it really shows how much she cares for clients as well as her expertise. Manny was also so kind. He gave my mom her third helix and helped upgrade my existing rook. Both piercings look great! Also, Madison was so helpful in showing us and selecting jewelry pieces. All of the staff here is wonderful and professional!! Will definitely be coming back!! read more

I made my first appointment back in April with Manny and I could not have asked for better. Manny is a PIERCING GOD. I happily drive 2+ hours just to get my piercings done by him and I absolutely will continue to do it. I value his opinion so much and he has helped me completely transform my ears. He is super patient and understanding, which makes me super comfortable. I get compliments on my ears on the daily, could not have asked for a better piercer. Never will I ever get piercings anywhere else. Trinity is amazing as well and super helpful with selecting jewelry. Overall an amazing place with an unbelievable variety of jewelry that will just blow your mind. read more

Trinity was super helpful in troubleshooting an irritated nose piercing I have! She made me feel very hopeful about my situation after assessing it and giving me her thoughts on what would be the best way to soothe the irritation bump. She made me feel really confident about the jewelry I was picking out and provided me with many options and was very informative about each piece. I'm really looking forward to coming back in the next few months! :) read more

Piercing was fine but the pressure of trying to sell me jewelry the whole time made the experience uncomfortable. The condescending attitude about my choices and price range also made the experience terrible. I Honestly wish I would of walked out and didn't get anything with her. Killed the vibe. read more

I came here about a month ago for a 2 2nd love piercings and a helix. The staff was really friendly, the environment was very clean, and they have a really large high quality jewelry collection. The piercings were sterile, fast and very painless too. My piercings are also healing well and I use the saline spray 2-3x a day. The only problem I have is once I got home I realized my lobe piercings were completely crooked, one was way lower than the other ear. This is extremely frustrating since I paid $250 for the piercings and jewelry all together and this piercing is permanent. I'm hoping to switch it out for a small hoop once it's healed so it isn't noticeable. Great experience but unfortunate placement :( read more

I LOVE AVA PIERCING!! Trinity is such a sweet person and she has a great eye and joy for what she does!! I love coming here!

I came here today for a rook piercing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional. Trinity did an excellent job explaining the process every step of the way. I love how my piercing turned out! They also have a great collection of beautiful jewelry to choose from. And on top of everything else, they take COVID precautions seriously, which is appreciated. read more

I've been wanting to get my nose pierced for a while now, but hadn't done so because of the pandemic. I'm SO happy that I found AVA! She was very friendly and explained everything clearly during each step and not once did I feel uncomfortable. I drove over an hour to come here and I don't regret it at all! It was well worth the trip and I will definitely be back for all future piercings. I literally cannot say enough good things about this studio! read more

Went in to get a septum piercing today. I was told by another shop it wouldn't be possible due to not having a sweet spot, so I went here to get a second opinion and possibly pierced. Everyone here was super nice and friendly and helpful. They did a check on my nose and found I have a small sweet spot and the piercing would be possible. Shop was super clean, everything was sterilized and I felt super comfortable. They went over jewelry options and explained aftercare very thoroughly which I appreciated. The piercing was quick and painless and the two gals helping me made it a fun experience. Definitely coming back for future piercings and jewelry change outs :) read more

I've finally had time to write a review! I'll start off by saying trinity is so incredibly helpful when it comes to my constant jewelry changes and my questions! I've been lucky multiple times to have my jewelry changed on the spot All the staff here has always been welcoming and nice. I don't think I'll ever go to any other piercing place in Temecula because this is the only place I trust with quality jewelry and professionalism! read more

I had a consult today with Trinity regarding my Daith piercings done at a different piercing business (2yo and bumps since the beginning). I had tried every trick I could find to get rid of the bumps and after 2 years finally decided a second opinion was the last option before it was time to retire them. Trinity taught me so much about piercings and the importance for the piercer to have the knowledge that each anatomy doesn't pierce the same. She was compassionate, empathetic and her team was so welcoming and kind. If you have questions or are ready to take the leap then AVA Piercing Company is where you need to go! read more

Extremely weird interaction with a woman with reddish, wavy hair today. Spoke to a man on the phone at Ava to ask if I needed an appointment just to buy jewelry, he responded saying that there was no appointment necessary to come in and shop for body jewelry. I get to the shop and the doors are locked, so the woman comes to the door and unlocks it and says "Hi. What time is your appointment?", To which I respond that I spoke to a man on the phone who said I didn't need an appointment just to look at body jewelry, to which she responds, start "oh... OK then." in an annoyed tone? So I say, is now not a good time to shop?? To which she then responds, "Welp, you're already here." I had absolutely no capacity to deal w the weird energy she was giving so I just said yeah I'm good and walked off, and for whatever reason she looked shocked that I didn't want to shop there anymore. The pretentious energy from this woman was like "YOU'RE lucky to shop here".. yikes. I was looking to spend a pretty penny on some nice jewelry but I'll take my $ elsewhere. read more

Trinity is hands down the best piercer in the area and I will die on this hill. She has done the vast majority of my piercings and I wouldn't even dream of going to anyone else. She is an absolutely lovely human being and creates such an amazing experience. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does and is passionate about her customers leaving happy and with a quality piercing that is done correct and safely. I have recommended her to literally everyone that will listen and will continue to sing her praises. She truly can do no wrong in my eyes . read more

Uh honestly I was supper pleased when I first walked in the guy in the front was nice. Cool vibes then the girl came out and everything I said she had a higher opinion I told her I got my nipples done once before and she bashed my old piercings so hard! I loved them!! She was very adamant in her ways I felt like I was pissing her off the whole time! I told her I was scared cause I had a kinda bad recovery last time and she goes "you can walk out if you really don't trust me to do it" It's fine rude people come and go. Anyway i wanted straight nipple piercings she stated her opinion and convinced me to go them slightly slanted due to scar tissue and what not. Okay (I regret it now!). One of my nipples came out perfect just a tiny bit slanted right under the nipple, practically almost where it use to be the other on the other hand is slightly below my nipple hole you can feel the bar going through from under my nipple!! It kinda hurts too to be honest I don't know I wouldn't go back to her I kinda want to take this one out and redo it in a few months! That would be 3 in one area though! I might wait it out you cant tell if you look at it quickly but I live with it and I literally look at my boobs all the time. It's kinda sad she fucked it up after all her talk about herself, maybe humble yourself and you'll do your job better. read more

I just wanted to say that my experience at ava piercing studio was so great. I was specifically looking for an app piercer and was happy to find trinity. Herself and the receptionist were both really welcoming and nice and made my overall experience really enjoyable. I was getting my nipples repierced and was really nervous because the first time I did it was not a pleasant experience. Trinity talked me through every step and took her time to go into detail on the whole procedure. It was very clear that she knew what she was doing. I saw a couple of negative reviews on here harping on the price point but if you want quality work and use of quality implant grade material that will most likely be in your body forever then yes its worth it to pay. Highly recommend Ava piercing. read more

100% recommend Ava Piercing Company. I called to ask all the typical mom questions that I had. Got a return phone call back within minutes from Trinity. She spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining everything. I made appointment for my daughter for that coming Saturday for a consultation for her septum to be pierced. The shop is very clean and her support staff was extremely friendly. Checked us in and made us feel at ease. Trinity greats us at the front after she is done with client and immediately all my fears were gone. This woman is amazing. She never made us feel rushed and answered all questions. The jewelry choices she has are amazing for all price ranges. She made my daughter feel so relaxed and her piercing turned out amazing! read more

I was in the Temecula area looking for a shop to get my ears pierced and my gf wanted to get an industrial piercing also. Found Ava (Trinity) on Yelp and she was super useful. We love the fact that she takes it serious and does it for the joy more than the money. She's very easygoing and takes her time explaining what she's doing and also the aftercare of it.
