Great customer service and an amazing team working with you to get the best result. great environment as well very welcoming.

My son got his ears pierced here. The staff was very nice and did a great job making us feel comfortable and answering all of our questions. The shop was very clean and sanitary. Our biggest concern was swimming afterwards. My son honestly didn't follow the aftercare instructions exactly and went swimming sooner than he was supposed to. However, because the piercing was done so well, he had no infections or complications. read more

Did a walk-in for the first time to get a couples tattoo with my husband for our anniversary. Mike was not in, but we were blessed to be tatted by a super cool, Pialla. Funny guy, friendly, patient and had a good vibe. He did a couple fine lines for us and we were in and out in under an hour, thanks for another great experience. Highly recommended every time! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Old Rose Tattoo. I was welcomed right away! I told the them that I was a walk-in and wanted to check out their work. The shop has a ton of tattoos all over the walls to choose from. D.Silva was able to do my tattoo and it turned out perfectly. He was very friendly throughout the entire process and even gave me some aftercare instructions and a sample of aftercare product. I highly recommend this tattoo shop and will be back. read more

Got pierced by Dom and it was easily the most comfortable experience I've had. She's calm, direct, and clearly knows her craft, which makes it pretty easy to just sit back and trust her. Everything was dialed. She's calm enough that you forget you're about to get stabbed. In a professional way. Healing's been smooth because I followed her instructions exactly. If you're thinking about getting pierced, book with her. You'll be in good hands. read more

Been coming here for a couple of years always a great time with Max, great artist! However the man in the back with the dog was extremely rude and unprofessional, I will never be coming back bc of him. Yelling at two women for talking was complete bs, sucks to lose out on a great artist like Max bc other people are so rude. read more

Clean, kind, organized and fairly priced. Highly recommend David, who will take whatever you envision and make it into a reality. I love the decor and vibe of this shop and look forward to coming back! read more

My girlfriend and I are visiting Temecula from San Jose and we randomly decided to get tattoos. We called this shop to see if they do walk ins and they said yes We got there and not even 15 minutes later we both got an artist to work on us. She had Tony Cruz and he did an absolutely AMAZING job She got a small/medium sized face on stars and his lines are just perfect I got David Flores and I've never gotten a tattoo faster in my life It was really small and simple but still he did so well and I'm so happy with it We had a great and fun experience over all randomly going here. Thank you guys so much. read more

First of want to say the artist here are top notch. Especially Max and Mike. So yes go to them. My negative experience was with the I assume owner. My daughter was looking at my tattoo while waiting to use the restroom be it she just got a matching tattoo done with her father as a going away present. As we were talking with the artist the owner so rudely and loudly raised his voice to us to where the entire shop got quiet and stated we were too loud and pretty much to shut up while his apprentice was going to read some paper. Maybe conduct your staff meeting on your own time. Who said we wanted to hear it anyway. I am truly happy my husband kept his cool. Even other people in the waiting room told my husband how very rude that was. We are sad to not be able to come back to this shop but I will be damned if I ever let anyone treat us this way especially when tattoo shops are supposed to be for fun and good times. What is even sadder is when my daughter wrote a review instead of apologizing for his rude behavior he pushed it off in us. read more

My sister got piercings here, and it went so smoothly! I love the look of the place and vibe. Will be back to get a tattoo :)

I've been wanting to get my first tattoo for a while now and my mom found this one. I wanted to get something small on my right forearm, as shown in the photo. The process was smooth. Put down my deposit and rest is history. My tattoo artist, David, knew what I want and made this process so easy even I had felt lightheaded twice and took breaks. All in all, I'd recommend this place to get your first. read more

I had my conch and loves pierced here and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was professional, clean, and comforting. The piercer [ Dom ] was so knowledgeable and kind -- she made me feel completely at ease and confident in her work. ( she even has a stress ball you can use ) What really stood out was how thorough and clear her aftercare instructions were. I followed them exactly, and I've had the easiest healing process imaginable (: No issues, no irritation just a beautiful, perfectly placed piercing that I absolutely love so much ! If you're considering getting pierced, this is the place to go ! Trust her process, follow her instructions, and you'll have the perfect piercing too. Can't recommend her enough! read more

This place is awesome! I am 11 and in 6th grade, and wanted to get my ears pierced. They did it super quick and easy. I recommend Dominique because she is the one that pierced my ears. This place's look is also great because they have many cool tattoo designs on the walls, which makes it feel awesome to be in. 5 stars! read more

Service was professional and top notch. The staff was super cool and informative. I haven't gotten a tattoo in over 20 years and they didn't mind refreshing me on the tattoo care process. The artist was super talented and did an excellent job on my leg. Price was as expected and duration was just over an hour for a 6x5 inch black only tattoo. I'd return again when I come up with another idea. Vive was super chill and the music was old school and appreciated. read more

In response to the owner. Yes, I could have gotten a free touch up. But with the over 30+ tattoos I've collected over the years, all over the United States, not a single one of them has needed a touch up or reworking. They, even some being over 15 years old, had held the integrity and quality of the artist. This experience was, and even now still is, absolutely unacceptable and honestly your response is quite unprofessional. I have never had an infected, botched tattoo in my life and even now still getting tattooed my tattoo aftercare is stellar. Every single one of my tattoos have held, healed exceptionally, and look gorgeous (other than the one your shop did). read more

We had a great experience getting my 7 year old daughter's ears pierced. She was super excited. Mike helped make it a fun experience for her. He showed her the little display of earrings she could choose from (I liked that it was a small display so while she got to make a decision, it didn't take forever). He explained what he was doing, spent a good amount of time making sure the pen dots were perfect, he communicated well so my daughter knew when to be still, when to breathe, when she could relax. My daughter didn't even get a tear in her eye. Everything looked super clean, nothing was rushed or weird. The cost was $60 total, it took about 20 minutes. Overall, it was a 5 star experience. read more

*this is my response to the owner's response to my original review* Yes I know about the problems with finger tattoos, and mentioned in my review that they told me finger tattoos aren't the best. How the ink took or how it healed is not my complaint. That does not apply to any of my other complaints about her execution of the work. My "friend" aka husband NEVER TOLD ME OR HER TO MOVE IT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. That is a complete LIE to state that in your response. He knows I wanted it there and never told me to move it. The song lyric is "lady finger ... writing what for across the morning sky", so moving it defeats the idea of the tattoo, you are wrong to tell me my husband said to move it. What Jade drew was 100% free hand drawn from her after only looking at my drawing. I can tell you for sure because her first try at it had the line going all the way through the W, not at all what I had drawn and she acted like it was no big deal that she completely redrew it incorrectly, as if she didn't even notice. I had to correct her more than once in fact! Another way you are wrong to claim she copied my design exactly is because from the beginning she told me I should space the letters further apart, I agreed and she changed that part (I thought), when in reality she actually made them closer! We agreed about how the letter A needed to change so that part is different from my original. More differences from my original, she connected the T to the line on the bottom instead of leaving a space, and didn't connect the R to the ? Your response to me is clearly full of lies and trying to save face here. My original drawings are now posted in the pictures with the measurements to prove you are wrong. The spacing between the words in my drawings are both 1/4in, she placed them 3/16in, this might not sound like much but when it's 1/4 of the entire space that's 25% of the space and is visibly different. The letters o and r in the word "for" in my drawing are 1/16in apart, the tattoo she put on me has those letters so close I cannot even measure between the letters at all! This closer spacing all from someone who told me moments before that she needed to space the letters out more... She didn't make the F anything like my drawings which also shows you're not being honest about her copying my drawing exactly. The picture in the link you shared is not the one we decided on. There were 5 different drawings of it and we decided on the second to bottom one not shown in your picture. And from there she made changes, 5 in fact, but only one that I did agree on (the letter A). I am also including a picture that shows all 4 of my drawings. If it's the top one she went with for her stencil that means she did not listen to my request at all. My drawing is very different from what she put on me. Very disappointed in all of it including your bs response. read more

I called ahead as a walk and was told there is no wait time, though waited two hours just wanted a simple, tiny tattoo. They assigned me Max. He never introduced himself seemed grumpy the whole time. I asked him for a couple suggestions because I was nervous about my tattoo placement asked him if he could sketch a couple different fonts that I had in mind so I can see how they looked on me. It was only a one word tattoo. He looked at me like I was stupid and said no you don't know what you want? I told him that I did. I was just a little nervous and wanted to know what's popular for font. He said that he wasn't going write me a couple fonts to figure out what I wanted and let him know. Embarrassed, and not knowing any better I just picked the first one I had originally chosen and paid a pretty penny for a tattoo smaller than my pinky. I should've put my foot down... read more

We just did a walk-in appointment so my review might not be the greatest, but my husband and I wanted very simple matching finger tattoos. We we're greeted with awesome front staff and an artist who was very personable. Both having previous work done we did our research online and looked over his work to make sure we didn't end up with some botched finger tattoos. He was great! Like I said, our little finger tattoos were nothing crazy but they still came out great. Sterling Barck, thanks for giving us what we were both looking for. read more

Tony has been tattooing me since I was 18 or 19, I turn 28 this year. He's done 7 of my pieces and my most recent is the plague doctor. I don't know what this man has, but he's got the magic touch. My tattoos always heal nicely. I was expecting to struggle to walk and my leg would be swollen, but I can walk as if I never got it done and it never swelled. It was obviously a little tender, but that's about it. Tony you are amazing! read more
