Oh my goodness, definitely the best experience ever. So I made an appointment with @kianmay.ink on Instagram a month ago. I discovered through Instagram and saw her other works. She had a flash sale going on and I booked two of the tattoos that she created that I truly adored. My boyfriend tagged along too, and got two tattoos. A ghost and a paw print for his late beloved dog. Let's just say Kiana was so sweet and kind to work with. This tattoo shop as a whole I'd give a low rating. No one wore masks, there was a guy smoking inside the shop, food left out on the counters. We were there for an appointment with KiKi who was still tattooing someone else 30 minutes past our appointment time and then made no rush to clean up and get us going. She didn't have a drawing for the tattoo ready and spend 45 minutes drawing it and then when we said it wasn't what we wanted, argued and then told us that our idea wouldn't look good. It was clear that she wasn't going to do what we wanted and if she did, she wouldn't be happy about it or give it her all. Overall, very unprofessional and I don't recommend anyone coming here. There piercer talked shit about the customer they had just helped after the piercer was thirty minutes late for her piercing appointment. read more

Really nice people and great service. They spent a lot of time making sure the ink template was in all the right places before actually starting which was awesome. Maycie did mine and she was great with suggestions. She had to take time to change my drawing to fit all the way around my arm but ended up making it work really well. She and Hunter were very patient with trying to get the lines to go around my arm well depending on which wa my wrist was facing. If you're considering getting anything done I would recommend here. I've only been one place before this but here seemed to be much more thorough with getting everything how I wanted. Anyways, real nice place and I hope they get some more good reviews soon! read more

I had previous brow work done and the result was really bad. I looked like angry bird, I had to have them removed which resulted in terrible scarring. I was a little apprehensive going in to Soul Expressions to see Maycie. I had even had another microblading done after the removal from the first mistake but unfortunately, the color won't take on my skin. It came right off with the scab due to the scar tissues and major keloids. I hated looking at my brows and was thinking about trying a tattoo artist that can tattoo fine hair line strokes for my brows. Maycie at Soul Expressions changed all of that! I can see fullness in my brow, hair strokes and I was left with no scabs, and no post-op waiting to heal. I am so happy that I found her and want to pass this information along to other ladies that may have had similar experiences. I am ecstatic at the results and you can tell by her attention to detail that this is definitely her passion. She didn't care how long it took as long as it is done correctly and that I'm happy with the shape. I can't rave enough about her amazing talent and she was so gentle. I went here with my best friend to get her belly button pierced when she turned 16. The place looks clean, and the service is fast. The guy she had was nice, but he had a hangover from the night before. Three years later, she came with me to get my belly button pierced. Again, they were quick. I was in and out of there in like 15 minutes! My piercer was named Stacy. She was friendly and efficient. I don't remember how much my friend got hers done for, but mine ended up being $55. It seems to be around normal, and they have a wide variety of different colored jewels you can choose from for your jewelry. Overall, it's a good place to go to. However, the staff should be a bit more responsible when it comes to partying and working. read more
