I met Ian in October 2018 and instantly liked him; he's a very cool down to earth dude. Since then he's done about 20 hours of work on me. I can honestly say I'm 110% happy. He is by far above and beyond the best artist I've had work on me. I'm very fortunate/lucky that I walked into Heritage Tattoo when I did. Also, everyone I've met that works there is friendly/cool. Went in on a Friday for the Friday the 13th deals. They were completely backed up and not even taking anybody. I actually thought I was just going to hang out with some friends but ran into an old friend Ian who Was tattooing. He not only made time to get me and he went way beyond. I absolutely love the bit of my arm he filled in. It is so special to me and even more special that he did it. The "RONELLE" he tattooed made my whole sleeve look more feminine I just love it. Ironically, my grandfather Ron who the tattoo was Symbolically for passed away the next day completely unexpectedly. Thank you Ian and everybody that works at Heritage. Got my first Tattoo there done by Cody who was an excellent artist. I told him I wanted a tattoo that had to do with feathers... he went on the office, not sure where he found the template but I liked what I seen. He took that template and with some talk about what I would like to see and what he said he could do add to it as far as shading and a touch of white in certain spots to make it pop. He did an incredible job, the feathers look real with a leather binding around the top and draped down my forearm, it came out badazz and I get many compliments on it. I also took my son there for his 18th and he got a wolf and feathers ..... Cody did an amazing job again....!!!! I love my sons tatt and so does my son..... Cody worked off the stencil and then placed several pics of wolves on a stand to reference from including the pic my son found on the internet. He took it all those pics and his expertise in his abilities and made an incredible piece. I wish I could post it here for all to see just what im talking about. read more

Having recently moved to murrieta and wanting to get another tattoo I went into this shop and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the shop. Most shops I've been to are small and cramped. This shop is large and all the artists stations are spread out. I spoke to Johnny showed him what I wanted and made an appointment for the next day to get it put on. I've been to a few shops but Johnny took the best care in preparing the area to be tattooed. He cleaned and shaved it carefully before starting. I was very pleased with the finished product. I had a very large tattoo done on my leg by Pat. After the outline during the first four hour session I had no swelling, redness or pain. I went back to finish up the color and shading 2 weeks later, this time was more intense, but I was still surprised a the minimal pain afterwards. I recommend this shop to everyone I know. The staff was very friendly, especially the owner. Pat is a very good artist. He drew up something for me after I showed him what kind of tattoo I was looking for, and I loved it! Never disappointed here! Got my first tattoo done here when I was 18 by Kenneth and was hooked. He has since done my last four portraits and has gone above and beyond on every one of them. I went in again and got a back to the future tattoo by Robert Waters for my first color tattoo and it couldn't have came out any better! Haven't had a chance to get anything by Patrick, Cody, Menso, or Dave but I will in the future. Shop was newly remodeled and looks amazing. These guys all have a passion for this and it shows in there work. Love this place and am always recommending it to everyone I talk to. Some of the artists are nice but extremely over priced. Cody is good but Robert does things the way he wants them not how you want them. He doesn't respond back to any messages asking about touch ups on the tattoos he does for you. Extremely disappointed. WOULD NOT recommend going back. read more
