I got greeted by 'the man of the shop'. He did amazing explaining the care processes to me and another client. He explained any questions we had for him thoroughly. Anyone who is going for there first time should definitely get pierced with Moo! What a joy! Such a personable guy (w/ dj talent), and I can tell this dude loves his job. He is such a great piercer and not only is he meticulous with his work, but he is so precious and gentle with the actual piercing process. Great for nervous beginners. He lets you know when to inhale and exhale & and provides water and a lollipop at the end ;) Overall had such a lovely expirience and I am so in love with this piercing. She could have easily turned me away since I didn't have an appointment, but she didn't and I was so grateful! I went in for a lobe piercing, both sides. She was very friendly, and kept a good conversation going the entire time so it didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable. The conversation just flowed and it made for an enjoyable experience. She also recommended a book I've now added to my "to be read" list! Lol! I was a bit indecisive of the size of earring I wanted to go with, so she offered her opinion and I ran with it! Ended up being a great choice! I love the style and size. She walked me through the after care process, as well as provided a walkthrough of the actual piercing process which was nice so I knew what to expect. The piercings were painless so you know she's good at what she does! After it was all done, I was given a card with my piercing size on it which is SO helpful so that I know what size earrings to order later once I'm all healed up. I was also gifted a cute sticker with their logo on it! I couldn't recommend this place, or Amber herself, more! 10/10 experience!
