Jenn is amazing! I love her work and she is such an amazing piercer! Her studio is super cute too and everyone there is extremely accommodating and helpful! I got my 2nd lobes pierced and it went super smooth and I was extremely satisfied. I will definitely be coming back here for more piercings! Thanks read more

Used butterfly backs (which are incredibly uncomfortable and prone to infection) for my baby. Made an appointment and still sat there for an hour waiting. Unresponsive. And her after care instructions are all over the place. read more

Great overall reviews, and recommended from locals, but communication severely lacking. I tried to book my infants ears piercings with Jen (she books these directly) and i never got a response to my message for booking requests. ‍ I understand being busy, but If this specific service requieres you to book directly with her, she should have better communication with potential clients. read more

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Curated Piercing Studio. My 16 year old daughter came to get her lobes pierced, first piercing. Jenn and her team were welcoming and customer oriented. I appreciate all of the protective measures and questionnaire, which made me feel like they valued my daughter's health and wellbeing. Jenn is amazing and her experience is impressive. She explained everything as she went and put the effort in to making my daughter comfortable. After care is explained in detail and an electronic pamphlet is provided. The studio is cozy and everything involved in the piercing appeared very sterile. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. My daughter is very happy. If I ever need any other piercings, I will be returning. read more

Super clean and cool spot! good vibes in there! loved my piercing! got all my questions answered. thank you miguel !

Took my daughter here because I don't believe in Claire's or any gun that pierces your body. So since moving out here, I found Jenn. She did an amazing job on my daughter's nose piercing and also tragus. She had some problems with the nose ring and Jenn was very patient and helped her. The same happened with one of her ear piercings. I told my sister to come here with her 5-year-old daughter. Some other person pierced one ear oddly, so anytime she had earrings, it was always facing downward. Jenn was so good with her and took the time to explain to my niece what was going on, let her pick her earring, and held onto a stuffed animal. I will only come here and recommend people to come here. read more

Five stars, hands down! I've been trying to book for quite some time due to my busy schedule and had a lot of concerns about getting my ear pierced because of work. I spoke with Jenn, and she made the whole process smooth and reassuring. She offered me multiple options, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable. The environment was clean and professional, and both Jenn and the other young lady had such warm, welcoming personalities. They answered all of my questions and clearly have a lot of knowledge and experience. I'm so glad I chose Jenn at Curated; highly recommend! read more

Jenn has found her calling! This career fits her personality so well! She has the best "bedside manner" and as someone who was going in for nipple piercings I didn't want to just go to some tattoo shop filled with men. I love the self scheduling. She is professional yet has a fun free spirit to her that calms you. I will be returning for several more piercings and tell everyone about her. I drove just over an hr to get to her studio and it's absolutely worth it! read more

TLDR: great initial service but will ghost you if you need any after care support. Great piercing experience. Honestly, after the piercing I was extremely excited about her service. As soon as I walked out her booth it all changed. She gave us some verbal directions for after care of which reflected her documentation she provided. We had complications two weeks in and reached out to her through text because she just won't answer her phone. She finally gets back to us three days later (so much for her "response in 6 hours" commitment. Her response was so late it was essentially useless and we had to go seek help elsewhere. Fast forward to my daughter's last milestone of a piercing journey (3 months after piercing allowing change of earrings), her ear's piercings start closing up. We reach out again and the same outcome. Condescending with no solution to the issue. We have given up on her and just went to someone else since still has not helped us resolve the issue. read more

This is our second time going to Jenn, and both times she has been amazing. Last year, my son got his ears pierced, and now he wanted his nose pierced. I reached out to Jenn, on a day she was closed, and she got back to me extremely quick! She set up an appt, and we were all set. When we got to the studio, it was super clean, and very comfortable feeling. She walked my son through how she was going to do his piercing, and the care needed afterwards to ensure it does not get infected. Piercing was super easy, and looks great! We will definitely be going back to Jenn, my daughter wants her ears pierced now! She's amazing! read more

Decided to come to Curated for my philtrum aka Medusa and my best friend got her nostril. I had emailed Jenn prior to scheduling to ask some questions and schedule and she was responsive. Scheduling was easy and I got a reminder text right before. The shop was easy to find and the interior was super cutely decorated. Everyone was incredibly friendly in there, they have jewelry on display, and they have water bottles and snacks, which is awesome for those nerves. Jenn took her time explaining care to us and the process. She was engaged on our joking shenanigans and was patient when I laughed and ruined my mark. She apologized for being a perfectionist as well, and boyyyy do I appreciate it when it's a hole that's gonna be on my face! She also used tools to ensure my best friends piercing was symmetrical to her other nostril piercing, which was fantastic as another shop didn't pierce it symmetrical previously. She's quick at piercing and makes you feel welcome, she's got this "warm mom" vibe going. My best friend is raving about Jenn to others and we plan on returning for future piercing needs. I'll update later if needed. read more

We had such an amazing experience for my daughter's first ear piercing appointment. Jenn and her assistant were so comforting and informed my daughter of ear care after piercings in a way she could understand. They helped her feel brave. Definitely recommend if your little one wants to get their ears pierced read more

We had a wonderful experience with Jenn at Curated. My 3 year old daughter recently said she wanted to get her ears pierced, so we made an appointment. The appointment process online was easy and spelled out exactly what we needed to bring (birth certificate and immunizations). My appointment request was confirmed in minutes. My daughter walked in very excited. The man at the front desk who greeted us was so kind and excited for her. He really played in to her excitement, and even brought her a stuffed animal to hold during her piercing and promised her a special sucker afterwards. We filled out paperwork, picked out her earrings and waited just a few minutes to be called back (we were about 15 mins early). We got called back to a cute little area with a pink chair. Both piercers were on either side of the chair and greeted her. Jenn took the time to talk to my daughter, and explain to her what she was doing in terms she could understand. When it came time to pierce they did it at the same time, completely in sync and quickly! My daughter cried of course but Jenn was so comforting to her and once she got a good cry out she was able to smile and Jenn took a picture of her to put her up on the wall. Jenn explained the after care process to me and also had the cleaning solution I would need available to purchase which was so convenient. All in all I give it 5 plus stars! Great experience and I will definitely be referring everyone I know! Thank you Jenn!!! read more

Jenn is absolutely amazing. She is clean and very personable. Jenn was very patient with my daughter who has needle phobia. Thank you so much Jenn, you are awesome! Lila read more

My 6yo daughter wanted to get her ears pierced and I came across Jen (the owner's) piercing page and videos. Her demeanor was so calming and she walked people through step by step that I decided it would be a good fit. We were able to walk in (but for small kids, it would be good to call ahead to make sure there are 2 piercers for the tandem piercing). Every staff member in the building made the experience exceptional from the guy going through paperwork and cheering her on from the sidelines to Jen and the other woman piercing her. They were so patient, kind, and fun. The tandem piercing made it so that my daughter only had to feel it one time and it was so quick that it was over before she realized it was done. Also, it's important to note the shop was extremely clean. She was given a certificate of bravery, a sticker and lollipop and I was given easy instructions on care. If I or my kids ever need anything pierced in the future I'd absolutely come back. read more

Have to give Jen a review Even tho I was in a few months back First and foremost Jen is so highly educated and comfortable with what she does. She makes a safe space for you and makes sure all your needs are met without you having to even worry. She explains very thoroughly and politely what to expect. She's professional and her bed side manner is out of this world. The other employees are also super super kind and so welcoming. When you walk in it's like a little family. The piercings I got were done flawlessly and Jen has such an angels touch that it's hard to say it hurt. The employees who helped switch my jewelry were also so kind. When I had an issue not related directly to the piercing but caused by the trauma of the piercing jenn stepped in and reassured me I was okay and gave me all the tips and tricks and within two days the issue was resolved! She is by far my most favorite piercer and I always recommend her shop! All of her services and jewelery are priced appropriately and her shop is very clean and orderly. I'm definitely going to need to find a new piercing so I can come back in. read more

Jenn and her assistant were so incredibly sweet! Jenn made sure my daughter and I understood the process prior to bringing my daughter to the back. She made my daughter feel comfortable by playing her favorite Disney music, and providing a unicorn friend to hug if she felt scared. She even showed us where her fairies live! In the end, my daughter got a special treat for her bravery and brother was given one too. Jenn and staff, thank you so much for making this such a comfortable and magical experience for my daughter! read more

Immaculate vibes I'd never get a piercing from anywhere else. I just got my ears pierced, and it was a great experience. This is the only shop I will go to for my piercings now! Abbey has done 6 of mine and I can honestly say they are the fastest healing piercings i've had. Even though she's stabbing me with a needle, I always walk out saying it was pretty much painless. SUCH A GENTLE HAND!! I've taken my friends here as well and everyone has been very happy. I was nervous going to get my piercings done but Jenn helped me feel so calm and comfortable. Very clean and loved the decor!

I'm so extremely happy with the services provided by the staff especially Ms. Abbey. My 10 year old daughter really wanted her ears pierced but was really nervous. I'm so impressed by the approach, kindness, and overall warmth and professionalism displayed. The shop itself was so clean. When they took my daughter back she was asked if she wanted to sit in the cutest pink chair and given a cute teddy bear with their ears pierced to cuddle through the procedure.Every step of the way was explained to my daughter so she knew exactly what to expect. It took a matter of one breath to get her piercings in and after she was praised for her bravery and given a certificate of bravery. I don't think I could have possibly found a better location and staff to have my daughters ears pierced with. Thank you for the kindness you showed my daughter. I would 100% recommend without reservation. read more
