She promptly answered our emails/texts and got us appointments for the next day. She let us know ahead of time what to do/not do, etc.. From design through the entire tattoo process, it took us about 1.5 hours for 5 people and a total of 8 small tattoos to be completed. Staff was overly nice. Please is clean, nicely decorated. My girlfriend and I went in together to get tattoos done by two different artists, and the…read moredifference in experience and quality couldn't have been more obvious. The first artist (Chris), who did my tattoo (left), seemed unhappy from the start and honestly didn't appear interested in doing the work. He was very rough, rushed through it, and showed little care or attention to detail. The process was uncomfortable to the point that it left noticeable scarring, and the final result reflects that lack of care. Based on my experience, I would not return to or recommend this artist. The second artist, Drew, who did my girlfriend's tattoo (right), was the complete opposite. He took his time, was patient, detail-oriented, and clearly cared about the quality of his work. The linework is clean, the tattoo healed well, and the overall experience was exactly what you'd hope for when getting permanent art done. I would go back to him again in a heartbeat. Same shop, same day -- two very different outcomes. If you're considering this place, who you book with makes all the difference.
