Amber was AMAZING! She was super kind and I swear the universe aligned my experience! I walked in and she just so happened to have a free 20 min before her next appointment. She could have easily turned me away since I didn't have an appointment, but she didn't and I was so grateful! I went in for a lobe piercing, both sides. My piercings had been healing just fine, the only downfall are the earrings I selected from there have delayed my piercings from healing because they are the ones that screw from the front and they have came a put a couple times and I've had to put them back in quick and recently had to switch out the earring sooner than I wanted too. It is a very interesting place with many different rooms for multiple things such as getting a hair cut, getting your nails done, getting a piercing, etc. Erica is located in Suite 129 (It is called Sparkle & Shine). If you're confused, there is literally a map located to your right when you walk in. Anyway, to get a piercing here you need to make an appointment. I came in to see Erica for a tattoo removal. It is itty bitty but I want it gone... mistake from my teenage years. I have been looking for tattoo removal for many, many years. Ofcourse we always hear about laser removal... but being a nurse I was hesitant about the procedure. I looked into saline removal and found her. Saline removal is supposed to be a little less invasive and less painful than the laser, due to the area I have it in I need something less painful. I contacted Erica and she immediately responded to me, she answered all of my questions. We set up an appointment. On the date of the appointment she sat with me and again explained the entire procedure, what to expect and the aftercare... I had soo many questions and was still hesitant, she again answered all my questions and I never felt pressured to go through with it. I went ahead and got the removal done... I will need one more session, but already I see a major difference it has faded about 80% and I'm so happy. I have the 2nd (and last) removal scheduled a month apart and I cant wait for it. Yes it hurt, exactly like getting a tattoo. It is done with a tattoo machine. You are basically getting the tattoo minus the ink, instead you get A+ ocean saline. Her office is very clean, very cute, very private and very comfortable. Everything is sterilized, she is definitely a professional. I will be back and I'm so glad I found her. read more

I did research for months trying to find someone I felt comfortable to pierce my daughters ears. When I found Erica and saw her positive reviews I knew I wanted to book an appointment right away. I really liked their system to pierce babies. They use titanium jewelry because it's least likely to react with their skin and they only pierce babies on Sunday when two piercers can be there to do both ears at the same time! That being said, the soonest appointment was 4 weeks out but I didn't mind waiting for a quality piercer and you shouldn't either. (Be patient, DONT go to Claire's or to anyone who uses a gun.) Got to my appointment, it was easy to find but I was surprised to see they're operating out of a room. I wasn't expecting that at all! Everything was tidy and clean, it smelt really nice, was air conditioned and comfortable. Nothing shady looking, very professional! The ladies were nice, we went over what was to be expected, I signed documents and they got right to business! Afterwards Erica went over cleaning and we were on our way. Upon arriving home we were able to get a good look at my daughters ears and saw that one ear was pierced very noticeably crooked. I called Erica, sent a picture and she asked me to come in the next day so she could have a better look. It was pretty upsetting to see how crooked the piercing was because I knew we'd have to take it out to heal only for my daughter to have to be poked again a few weeks later. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. However, I wholeheartedly understand that piercing a 10 month old is really challenging and I appreciate that Erica took responsibility for the mistake and fixed it for free two weeks later.
