I was in and out in less than five minutes. I've wanted a nose piercing for a while now, so I was over-the-moon thrilled once she finished. It looks super cute and so far, the pain has been rather minimal (knock on wood). The shop manager, Taylor, was super friendly and patient. I had so many questions and even came back in five minutes later to ask more questions about getting tattoos. Overall, I had a great experience. The shop is so, so clean and the vibes are so nice. I'll definitely be back for a tattoo!

His work is $250/hr and it's definitely worth it especially for something that is on you permanently. He's been in this business for over a decade at least. The stations had tvs and my son watched a movie and a half. It is very clean and comfortable. The tattoo itself was amazing and he did a great job. He has to come back for part two shading but it is a very well done tattoo. We love it!!

While the piercer was starting to remove the smily, I bled a little. I was bit shocked that when I slightly tapped her to stop pulling since it was starting to hurt, she just kept going. Wish she could have been more mindful to stop and made sure if I was ready to go again, felt like my skin was going to get ripped off (ultimately, this is what I was trying to avoid doing it myself) $5 plus some change to remove it, plus if you go when its a little busy you will have to do it on a time when you do not have to time crunch. I ended waiting 25+ min since there was a few people ahead of me.

ROBIN had me lay on my back clamped my lip said take a deep breath and pierced my lip to then say "aw man it's crooked I have to do it again" mind you it's already all the way through my lip. She thing removed the needle wipes all the blood away clamps my lip again and shoved the needle BACK THOUGH THE FRESHLY PIERCED area!! I asked her is that something that should have been done and she said "yeah it should be fine" never in my life have I seen this type of unprofessional work or F up. The. Had the nerve to give me $10 off for the troubles. My lip is so swollen, hurts so bad and after doing further research and talking to other piercers that is an absolute NO! Do not do that, it causes severe trauma and healing and creates scar tissue that will forever be sensitive and she did it anyway. Absolutely insane. If she's that comfortable doing that to me how many other people has she done this to? ROBIN you should be embarrassed, FIRED and never hired at another shop. Whoever the owner is to this shop should really pay more attention to the people they hire and make sure they are actually professional in what they do. I'm sick over this
