While the piercer was starting to remove the smily, I bled a little. I was bit shocked that when I slightly tapped her to stop pulling since it was starting to hurt, she just kept going. Wish she could have been more mindful to stop and made sure if I was ready to go again, felt like my skin was going to get ripped off (ultimately, this is what I was trying to avoid doing it myself) $5 plus some change to remove it, plus if you go when its a little busy you will have to do it on a time when you do not have to time crunch. I ended waiting 25+ min since there was a few people ahead of me.

Do not do that, it causes severe trauma and healing and creates scar tissue that will forever be sensitive and she did it anyway. Absolutely insane. If she's that comfortable doing that to me how many other people has she done this to? ROBIN you should be embarrassed, FIRED and never hired at another shop.
