I went into the shop today to get my Labret pierced. ROBIN was my "professional" piercer. She got all set up marked me for the piercing all was good. ROBIN had me lay on my back clamped my lip said take a deep breath and pierced my lip to then say "aw man it's crooked I have to do it again" mind you it's already all the way through my lip. She thing removed the needle wipes all the blood away clamps my lip again and shoved the needle BACK THOUGH THE FRESHLY PIERCED area!! I asked her is that something that should have been done and she said "yeah it should be fine" never in my life have I seen this type of unprofessional work or F up. The. Had the nerve to give me $10 off for the troubles. My lip is so swollen, hurts so bad and after doing further research and talking to other piercers that is an absolute NO! Do not do that, it causes severe trauma and healing and creates scar tissue that will forever be sensitive and she did it anyway. Absolutely insane. If she's that comfortable doing that to me how many other people has she done this to? ROBIN you should be embarrassed, FIRED and never hired at another shop. Whoever the owner is to this shop should really pay more attention to the people they hire and make sure they are actually professional in what they do. I'm sick over this read more

Great place to get a tattoo or piercing! Reasonable priced, professional in their work, but laid back and chill in personality. My husband, daughter and I all got tattoos in memory of our beloved dog that passed away. The quality of work was amazing! The artist worked with us to ensure the size, placement and picture was exactly what we wanted. I also got my nose pierced here a few years ago and it was quick and painless. Only downfall-they only take cash, which may be normal for a tattoo place? They do have an ATM but these fees are crazy so stop by the bank and bring cash with you! read more

Exceptional work by Tom. My artist moved away and I was recommended by a friend to try here. After my first healed, I went back to do a full sleeve. 4 weekly appointments later and I could not be happier. read more

It was my second tattoo ever and I asked my family and they recommended I go here. So one day I go in after work and I ask how much they tell me and say to be back by a certain time and I go and get cash and food and come back and my Artist (Casey) was amazing made sure I was comfortable and he got me in and out very quickly. 10/10 would recommend and I will come back when I'm ready for my next one and will most likely come to them for a nose piercing. read more

101% recommend, very laid back and comfortable. Went in not totally sure what I wanted and Heather, queen btw, recommended a piercing i wouldn't have even thought of and i loooooovvvee it. Piercing was super quick and comfortable. Also $30 a piercing... hello??? amazing prices compared to the stupid overpriced shops of everywhere else around here. Awesome sauce price for great service and quality. Request heather read more

Extremely over priced and usually rude as heck I will never go back there again horrible business read more

I was disappointed with this location, "Garcia" did my first one, it was some words on my stomach, they were crooked, I didn't like his service, on top of that he over charged. Justin did another one and it was a little better, but over all was not a good experience. There were no mirrors in either of the rooms I was tattooed in, which to me insinuates they don't like to let you check your art. You are in a vulnerable position when you are laying in a tattoo chair but expect professionalism from the artist, professionalism is definitely something they are greatly lacking. read more

Okay so after visiting this place for my ear piercings and nose piercing, I totallyyyyyy recommend it! Jen was so nice and comforting I'm kinda obsessed with tattoos and piercings so this place made me feel so at home! read more

Reception was very rude I called n asked if they sold ink for tattoos. She then proceeded to ask he if I had a license or a shop I told her no I was simply practicing and working on getting my license. She then made the comment "well maybe you should stop tattooing from your house " I never said I did tattoos from my home nor did I say i practice on people SMH She was very rude and hung up on me didn't catch her name but she definitely made the shop look bad n for sure made me never want to call or go to this establishment. read more

Great set up, easy and welcoming atmosphere. Jen took great care of me. Went in to get my 2nd holes re-pierced, hadn't worn anything in them in 20 years. Also, I wanted something dainty in my upper ear and we decided on the perfect spot! Jen walked and talked me through everything! She is so sweet and we had a great conversation. I highly recommend going to see Jen for your piercings! read more

I just got two new piercings, my daith piercing switched, and purchased some new jewelry. This place was nice, and everyone in the shop seemed nice. Jen provided a calm and comfortable atmosphere during the piercings, and allowed for two of my friends to come in the room with me during the piercings. Jen also gave me an incredible deal for having to wait a little bit. There were a couple of people ahead of me when we arrived but the wait actually wasn't bad at all. I would definitely come back here for piercings and jewelry. I would have to look more into the artists specifically before getting a tattoo here. read more

Came in late on a Saturday, got an appointment for the next day. Professional, friendly, and clean, great work. Thanks Vido!

Great place! Super comfortable going alone. Everybody is friendly. I highly recommend Tom!

My friend and I went here and had a genuinely nice and amazing piercer named Sabrina. I received a messed up conch piercing from a shop in Greenville that day so my friend and I went to this shop instead. Sabrina was nice enough to fix it for me for cheap! Then my friend got a forward helix from Sabrina and loved it! Everyone there was super friendly. 10/10 recommend, they give off great vibes here. Only important thing is they only accept cash but that wasn't a big deal. read more

All those great review. My experience was more like the other 1 star ratings. I designed my tattoo pic. I made a .gif out of it (old school) an put it on a thumb drive (old school). From the response I got it was impossible to retrieve or even view the gif. That's not what got me irritated. As he's walking to his bay with my thumb drive he said, "This won't download all your shit on my computer," and not in a polite manner. From that moment on I knew damn good and well it wouldn't because I was going to retrieve my shit and thumb drive and walk out. That's what I did - I took my shit right out of the store. PS I only had one file on the thumb drive. I'm a photographer and I know what a hassle is is to have a bunch of pix on a thumb drive. I get a lot of my 8X10 and 8X12 work done at Sam's. They have no trouble with my shit. S'long Fine Line - your good neighbor policy sucks. read more

i got my septum pierced here almost a month ago and it's healing great!! my experience was very good, the process was quick and not very painful. i paid $45 in total, the jewelry is so nice, it was smaller than i thought it was going to be but it's perfect!! I did lose one of the balls to the piercing but i went back and they replaced it for $5! i love the way it looks and i'm so happy with it, i would go again for any other piercings!! read more

I'd give zero stars but, so glad I came into town for a tattoo. Specifically requested an artist, said I could come in. No matter how many times I come here, I always get the best and most straightforward services. I've been pierced here numerous times and gotten only one tattoo from Tom, and it is by far the clearest and most solid lines I have on me yet. Every time I go to get a piercing Jen is very careful and clean and kind, which makes me (a very naturally anxious person) reassured every time that I am safe being pierced by someone who knows what they are doing. This is always the place I take my friends to be pierced when they get on that impulsive behavior (lol) and I always suggest it to anyone who is newer to body art. xx read more

I've been here for two tattoos, and a piercing! Love Fine Line, I'm never disrespected here. Artists always take the time to listen to me, they let you look around the shop without hovering. JEN IS THE BEST!!! Went and got my rook pierced by her, she made it the easiest and most comfortable piercing I have gotten. I have 9 piercings. She talked me through everything, made me so comfortable, and somehow she managed to make the entire thing nearly painless. She is freakin awesome. No joke, I will only get pierced by her now. I recently moved to Texas so I really don't know anything out here and I originally went to a different random shop to get pierced bur their piercer wasn't there, which worked out perfectly. Ended up at Fine Line on a whim and had my best piercing yet. Definitely check Jen out!! read more

Under this beautiful Texas rose tattoo is a major scar and an old faded tattoo but you would never know because Hector did such an amazing job. Before getting this cover up tattoo I was self conscious about my scar. I would get comments like "did a dog attack you" , "were you burned with fire". Now people aren't staring at my scar and asking questions , instead I'm getting so many positive compliments and complete strangers asking where I got my tattoo at. My self confidence is up and I wore a tank top out in public for the first time in years !! I'm so thankful I walked into Fine Line Tattoo and thankful Hector took me on as his client. I have another cover up planned ! read more

After reading some reviews from a tattoo parlor in San Francisco, I felt a little jipped from Fine Line. Yes, I know; quality tattoos come at a price but I've seen some awesome work done for the price I paid at Fine Line. I did my research, saw that they had a few shops and even one in Japan so I decided to come here. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon to get a tattoo of a few outlined paper planes with three different colors. It's about 7 inches in height, very simple and plain. I told my tattoo artist what I wanted and said that I was open up for suggestions but he didn't really communicate very well. I asked about placement, size, and color. He made a couple of comments, I asked what we could do to make it look better and he didn't really say anything. That should've been my first red flag. But, I really felt like I needed this tattoo so I went ahead and gave him the okay. He went back into his room to get his tools ready and the receptionist came out and said it'll be $250. I was a little taken back because my first tattoo done at another tattoo parlor was a lot more detailed and it was $190(and I loved it). But since it had three different colors and it was only my 2nd tattoo experience, I thought "oh what the hell" and didn't hesitate to pay. My tattoo artist had over 14 or 15 years of experience, came from a tattooing family background, and even has his daughter working under him. As a person, he's nice, friendly, and warming but I got a vibe from him that he wasn't really feeling this tattoo. It was sort of a "gotta pay the bills" type thing where he was just doing it just to do it. My end result feeling was a little empty and indifferent. I told him that it looked great and was on my way out. After a few days of analyzing the tattoo, I felt like it was missing another plane. So I drew out another paper plane and went back. This one was about 3 inches, just outline, and in black. Told my same tattoo artist what I wanted and the receptionist came out and said it'll be $100. Still, a little taken back but "oh what the hell". The tattoo came out good, but I have a feeling that I'm going to go to another place to complete it because it's still missing that special something. Lesson Learned: Research as many tattoo places/artist as you can, take your time, don't be afraid to walk out after talking to an artist, ask how much a tattoo will be, and be comfortable with the environment your in. read more

I was referred to Kali at Fine Line for some permanent makeup. I have had my eyebrows done years ago, but it's pretty much completely faded. I wasn't sure I wanted to have them done again, but I finally got the guts to do it, and Im so glad I used Kali! I really wanted the eyeliner too but I have always been scared of that. A friend did it once and she looked like she had black eyes for weeks! After talking with Kali on the phone and going over the procedure and cost, I agreed to liner and brows. She texted a reminder to me (which was good because she stays booked up so if I had missed it I'd be out of luck!) and was super friendly and informative when I arrived. I really love the fact that she offers a free touch up in 6-8 weeks.. but the most awesome thing was the numbing cream! I wasn't sure I could handle the pain but she sat me down and had me wait while her special cream took affect... and wow am I glad she did! Instead of pain, it was just kind of annoying. But let's face it... not many ppl are comfy with a needle coming at their eye! We reviewed my preferred thickness and shape.. she helped me select the colors, and then used a powder to show me what it would look like before she started. I mention these things because when I first got them done 8 years ago, the lady didnt do any of that! She just tattooed right over the eyebrow pencil I came in with! Kali is a true professional who ONLY does perm makeup and piercings.. so u know she stays in practice :-) Took about 4 hours start to finish.. even with me blinking like crazy my lines came out clean and I am extremely happy with the finished product! My only complaints are small... the entry to the shop is hard to find/access depending what side of the street ur on. Also when I went in, there was no receptionist or anything so Kali had to answer the phone and greet other customers for the first hour or so until someone showed up to relieve her of that. These things are no reflection on her work, but are a reflection of the business so I thought they were worth mentioning.. if not for those things they'd def get 5 stars. But it probably helps keep costs low for us by them not having a receptionist during slower times of day, and she was still very attentive to me, so it didnt bother me much! read more

Fine Line has some amazing artist and does great work! I have worked exclusively with Casey Cokrlic who has done 4 large pieces on me including Japanese work, a gargoyle, and 2 floral pieces. He is very easy to get along with and really works hard to make sure you get exactly what you want. I won't use anybody else! I went to him after extensive research because he has studied and tattooed in Japan and I wanted a traditional cherry blossom piece. My friends have used some of the other artist who produced great work but didn't have the easy going personality Casey does. Casey is normally backed up anywhere from a week to a month for appointments but he typically keeps weekends open for walk-ins which is amazing. They aren't inexpensive but it's absolutely true that "A cheap tattoo is not always good and a good tattoo is not always cheap" read more

Kali is a great piercer! I did a ton of my own research and all the things I read to look for In a piercer Kali had. She educates you very well and makes you feel comfortable. Her prices were great so, I still had money to get take home products and tip as much as I wanted. Most importantly I felt safe a clean which is important since I got very sensitive areas done. After I came home I notice a ball was gone from a barbell, searched every where and called Kali and she had 3 spare balls waiting on me when I came up there. Great customer service! read more

I went to Fine Line today and saw Highley to have her put some 12 gauge earrings back in that had been removed about a month ago so I could have an MRI. She is very kind and knowledgeable and quite persistent as she would not quit although these earrings were difficult to put in. She got them in and the price was great. I tipped her more than she charged me. I highly recommend Highley!!! read more

I had 3 Tattoos done here before and I went in to get another one. John who did my last 2 wasn't there anymore so I asked who they recommended and was Told Hector. After waiting 30 min for him to show up (he was late) 2 girls walked in and the girl I guess working there said Hector would be right with them. So I had to tell her I had been waiting 30 min for him. I told him what I wanted and he game me a card and said to call for an appointment. I called the next day and of course I never got a call back. You would think for 500 bucks they would get back with you. I don't know what happened to this place. I use to know Todd the owner and he is a great guy. He did my 1st tattoo. Unless Todd is still doing Tattoo's I would definitely go somewhere else. There is no professionalism at this place anymore. Now I have to go to downtown Dallas to get it. I am a Military Veteran and a TX Master Peace Officer. read more

Best place in TX for a tattoo. Casey Corklic is the artist that worked on my wife and I. We traveled 5 hours to come to him. Through the week you have to have an appointment. He will do first come first serve on Saturday. We got there at 12:15 to get in line we were second. By the time they opened at 1:00 there were 10 other people in line. Line up at the front door and ask for Casey! He does amazing work and he does it fairly quickly. Worth the price. Also the front desk help\staff were wonderful. They were extremely helpful and on point all day. read more

"Good tattoos aren't cheap, and cheap tattoos aren't good." I've been going to Fine Line for piercings and tattoos for years, and I won't go any where else. Kali (the piercer) has done 12 piercings on me, and she's been awesome every time. Very precise, super sweet, and she opens everything in front of you so you know it's sterile. I've been tattooed by Tom Yosenik, Mike Harris and Casey Cokrlic. Each is talented and I've gotten to where I keep their business cards in my purse, because people are constantly asking me where I get tattooed at. All the tattoo artists have taken my ideas and made them look so much better than I could have imagined. read more
