I personally get all my work done by Reid. But everyone that works here does fine work. First piece that I got done by him was the eagle and it came out great. Reid is super easy to work with. He always brings great ideas to the table and has superb solutions for tattoo ideas that haven't been finalized. You can tell he really loves his craft. Pricing is fair, I've never walked out of their thinking I paid too much. All in all if you're looking for a spot to get work done, YOU HAVE FOUND IT!

This is the second tattoo that Joe has done on my arm. His professionalism, patience and attention to detail made this experience worth every penny I spent. He was also very kind to offer me breaks in between the tattooing. While I declined them, I did appreciate that he was willing to take a pause for me. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at all. The artist who worked on me seemed inexperienced, and the process didn't match what I was told. What should have taken around 30 minutes was discussed as taking several hours, which already felt off. In the end, I was charged $200 for a cover-up that I'm extremely unhappy with--especially since it's on my face. To make matters worse, the artist didn't follow through on what was promised. He said he would work on two tattoos but only did one, and even then, it wasn't what I asked for. I specifically wanted a design resembling stitches, but instead I was left with a large black feather on my head that I deeply regret. The environment also felt unprofessional. The staff came across as dismissive and made me feel judged for the tattoo ideas I wanted, which added to an already negative experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unhappy with both the service and the final result. I would not recommend this shop. Are there any tattoo shops in the area willing to help fix a bad face tattoo once it heals? I'm worried it might scar, and I'm trying to figure out my options. If anyone has experience with cover-ups or thinks removal would be a better route, please let me know. I'd really appreciate any advice or recommendations--this is something I'm stressing about and want to fix the right way. I'm not trying to bash the entire shop, because there seemed to be some talented artists there. However, I do want to warn others about my experience with one specific artist. The artist I worked with--whose name may be Ivan or Isaac--came across as confident, but in my opinion did not demonstrate the level of knowledge or experience I expected. For example, when I asked about certain techniques like blood shading, he didn't seem to understand what I was referring to. That raised concerns for me about his training and experience. Again, this does not reflect everyone at the shop, but based on my experience, I would personally not recommend working with that particular artist.

The owner, Mark, has tattooed my husband and myself many many times. We have referred both friends and family over the years and will continue to do so. Mark is a great artist and a stand up bloke. His shop is clean and inviting. They are professional and, just as Importantly , friendly!! Mark specializes in large Japanese work and nails it everytime. When my tattoo was healing, the ink started peeling off. I informed the artist and she told me this is normal, however, I have at least 50 other tattoos and this has never happened before. I let the tattoos fully heal and they look very bad and faded. 2 of my cousins received the same ankle one and theirs look fine. I contacted the shop for a touch up and was left on read by the person who did my tattoo and ignored by the owner. We spent a lot of money for not good service. Spend your money somewhere else!
