I was so WRONG about this place. Came for the tattoo months ago. Was on lockdown. Place is opened back up OUR tattoos are GONE and my daughters looks like a toddler drew it. Give me a BREAK!! was told we could NOT come back for a touch up when we were FIRST told yes we can. LIES..LIES!! Don't say something then say no we're not redoing your shitty tattoo that WE messed up. Sorry customer service right there. Well GIVE me back my money then. me: so, i feel like you all scammed me. I was there for your flea market today. my wife and i got a couple things. i decided to get a finger tattoo. i saw y'all advertising $50 tattoos after the fact. the tats you advertised were bigger, and more detailed than what i got I got a C M S with the dat 10-20-17 around my ring finger charged me $100 not really sure what to make of this, but if you lay all the work out in a straight line, it's less than 3 inches it didn't require a stencil or a consult it didn't take more than 40 minutes including setup for your artist free touchups is a nice addon, but i feel like this should have been priced lower especially when we bought $200 worth of goods from your flea market can honestly say, i won't be back for anything besides my touch ups and will likely not be saying much positive about your shop y'all ripped me off. you can say otherwise, but you know it as well as i do. not a happy customer feel free to make this right and if you try to defend yourseelf, i got a forearm piece 2x9 inches from elm street tattoo a month g9o. 2 hours in the chair. stencil was made. i walked out spending $450 including tip. that shop has more experience and a better reputation. i'm really at a loss for how you thought the price you gave me was fair. it's truly astounding. food for thought. owner: I was not aware of the details of your tattoo until now. If I could give 0 stars I would. The artist did not show up for me and my friend's appointment and ignored our calls and text messages only to get back to us HOURS LATER. The shop was closed when we showed up and my friend and I stood outside for over an hour, he failed to communicate that he would be at a convention but still took our deposits the night the before solidifying the fact we would still be tattooed as planned the next day his thoughts were "oh yeah you guys did place deposits for this week" uh no shit! Now I wish that were the only issue, since he failed to tell us he wasn't coming to the shop it's only fair that we get our deposits back right? Well now he's giving us the run around about our deposits saying he can't send them back through cash app? You had no problem taking it the night before though did you!? Ugh, this is really shitty because this was going to be my first time at this shop but now I will NEVER be back if they have artists like this. read more

This tattoo shop is getting 1 star for unprofessionalism. I should give a 0 because paid for a service that my fiancé never received. My fiancé walked in to get a tattoo Saturday night. He had an idea already and was ready to pay and everything. He paid $305 expecting to get tattooed right then. They refused to tattoo until the money was no longer pending on their end. He was told to pay through cash app and quick pay. He scanned the barcode that was given to him, thinking it was the correct information. My fiancé left without getting his tattoo or a refund because they wouldn't do it without the charge clearing, even though my fiancé showed them the money was already deducted out of his account. He waited all Weekend for the charge to no longer be pending, only to find out the $305 was sent to a random person that does not even work at this shop. This is so unprofessional and inconvenient. They should have a better pay system then cash app or some other paying service. At least give the correct information on where to send the money to. My fiancé is still trying to get his money back. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! read more

The two piercers who work here are nice, and have very sure and steady hands -- which makes the whole affair a lot less painful than it could otherwise be. Their prices include reasonably good jewelry, but let's be honest, you're just going to swap it out for something fancy as soon as your piercing heals anyway. If you get more than one piercing done at a time, they seem to offer a modest discount on the service, so if you're wanting more holes, consider doing them all at once. The piercing area is clean and they use clean tools, so don't let the front room throw you. It has the same vibe as a sort of of vaguely dusty pagan bookshop, but whatever. I can't believe there's not a review for this place yet, especially after reading all the positive recommendations on Facebook. I went here yesterday to get an anti tragus piercing and am extremely pleased. It was definitely not my first cartilage piercing but I always get nervous right before. However, Silvia was extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I have a rook piercing and a triple helix piercing that I got done elsewhere and this was by far the most pleasant experience. It was over fairly quickly and didn't hurt bad at all, despite being a think part of the ear. After, it was a little sore for about an hour but after that I was completely pain free and remain so, even the next morning. With my others they've been sore for days after. They also have a ton of impressive artwork around the shop varying in styles. It's not the cheapest place I've been to but you definitely get what you pay for and I will be back. read more

So let me say this, if you get pierced by Izzy, you're good. If you want to get pierced here, make sure it's with him. If you get pierced by the owner, don't do it. I went in on a day they were doing deals on piercings and she pierced my Tragus. I could tell she was struggling with the back of the piercing and she had to ask for another one but finally got it to stay put. MIND YOU, I got my tragus pierced on my right ear and I already had my left Tragus pierced yearrrrrs ago by a different guy at a different place. So I know how to take care and wash and clean it. Few weeks later, after cleaning it, not laying on it, doing what I know to do, it's completely crusted in blood and my ear has LITERALLY grown over the front, or so it looks. I end up going to CareNow, they couldn't get it. Doc tells me to call this place and ask if they can remove it. So I call and the owner Sylvia answer, this is the one who pierced me, and says yes they can and it's going to be $20. I drive from The Colony to this place and of course Sylvia isn't there. The apprentice is and of course I fill out the form and pay the $20 and she, another employee who is a woman and is a tattoo artist there, myself and my mom go back in the room and they close the door. She takes a look at it and immediately asks me where did I get it done at? I said here during the deal. And she asks who did it? I said Sylvia, and the woman looks at the other woman (the shorter woman tattoo artist there that has the stitch tattoo displayed) and clearly says she fucked up. My mom who was with me says ya think? She put the back on too tight and it caused this. And the woman says yes it's on wayyyyy too tight and no amount of cleaning or anything was going to save it. The other woman (tattoo artist) was filming the removing process and the apprentice was struggling to get the piercing out it was that stuck and that swollen. She asked the smaller woman to stop filming it bc she was going to need her help to get this sob out. It took two woman, TWO WOMAN, numbing cream and my mom literally helping me hold my head still to get that damn piercing out. I had to go on antibiotics bc the infection was SO bad. Luckily I only have a minor scar but that's bc I know how to minimize any scar that's not bc of her. And btw no they didn't give me my $20 back. I called and asked to speak to Sylvia about it bc the woman who was the apprentice at the time said for me to call back and talk to Sylvia about it bc this infection wasn't bc I didn't clean it or anything she said the back was on SO tight the back was embedded into the back of my Tragus, THAT bad. Allowed no breathing room for swelling which is natural for a piercing. So thanks to this careless woman I will never get a piercing again. And a few months prior I had gotten my nose pierced here by Izzy and was FINE but bc I had to go on antibiotics and it was a new piercing, I ended up having to take that out too due to complications. So thanks a lot! Someone who is so careless and doesn't care about people and is just money hungry and it shows. It's disgusting tbh. And I'm not so hard headed that not every piercing is going to work out, I get it 100% but when not only the apprentice, but the other worker there see it and say that's the piercers fault, and you as the pierced and the owner don't do anything to rectify the situation, that's bad business. It was a $25 piercing like I said I got it during the deal, and I paid $20 to get it removed, bc you put the back on too tight. She should've done the right thing and rectify the situation during the multiple times I reached out days after I got the piercing out. I would've given 5 stars even tho the piercing didn't work out bc that would've shown me she's not all about money and that she cares. You live & learn. read more
