Went in to get my friend a nose piercing, the receptionist was great when I called, & immediately took her info down & gave her an appointment. We went in a Steve saw us quickly. He was VERY nice, & VERY informative. He asked my friend multiple times if she liked the placement & he also asked her what type of jewelry she wanted in it long term, he took into consideration that she already had a nose piercing & how they looked, with each other. He was quick & all Instruments were sterilized & in packages. He gave very detailed after care instructions. If Steve does your piercing, I'll think you'll be good! It was $60 for a simple nose piercing. They prefer cash, but, have an ATM in the store.

By for my favorite shop! I have been getting my piercings from Matt since I was eighteen and also I had one from Jeremy as well. Allot of piercers wouldn't recommend getting hoops (captives) for their first one, but I had it before. I knew about the cautions and Matt did an amazing job on it. By for my favorite piercing. I live in a different state now, but will only come to them, when I want something done. Highly recommend them. Both are amazing and great people.

Went in to get a double helix piercing and Ursula was fantastic! She has done all the piercings in the photo. Very professional, knowledgeable and does a great job educating as well! Love the new piercing and will definitely be back!

Matt is hands down my favorite piercer I've ever had! He explains everything thoroughly, gives the best advice regarding healing, jewelry and placement according to your body makeup, and is so friendly. I have gotten countless piercings from Matt over the years and have never had any issues with them! If a jewel ever fell out he replaced the ring for free and is always down for whatever crazy ideas I have for my next jewelry change. I'll always make the drive from Allen to Dallas to go see him! If you're on the fence, go see Matt! You won't be disappointed!!

I saw this tattoo shop mentioned on Reddit a few times and decided to make the longer drive in order to make sure my second tattoo was much better looking than the work that most artists are incapable of doing in the East Texas area. Daniel G. was the one who worked on my tattoo as well as my friend's. Very nice dude, walked us along every step he was doing from start to finish and made sure to answer any potential questions we had along the way. I love the work he did and have already gotten many compliments on the color and general artistic design of it, mostly on aspects of it that he drew up himself, after I gave him my ideas and he bounced them back at me. Definitely recommend this shop for the friendly attitudes and great pricing. Even if you're not in the area, it's still worth it!

Jeremy is the best in Dallas. The only person I trust to do my piercings because of his expertise. Can't wait to get more!

It's only been 4 days but my piercings are healing better than any of the others I've ever gotten and I give kudos to Matt for that.

It's rare I give a full 5 star review, but this place is seriously a hidden gem here in Dallas. I…read moretell everyone about this spot. They made a chic approach to piercing, and whoever does their shopping for their inventory is literally chefs kiss huge selection of beautiful pieces all made of real gold. A friend recommended this spot, and once I browsed their website and saw all the gorgeous jewelry options, we decided to go check it out in person. Merari was incredibly patient as I looked at (and then re-looked at) several styles. The piercing fee is typically $50, but since I mentioned it was a birthday gift to myself, they kindly waived it. Plus, I got 10% off as a first-time customer, WOOT! This gal loves a bargain, and let's be real, this is NOT a bargain kind of place (in the best way possible). I ended up choosing a dainty little diamond crawler-style piece that I absolutely love. Since they weren't busy, I only waited about 30 minutes for the ever-so-gentle Ivy to work her magic. The whole experience was smooth and super welcoming, I can totally see how these high-end piercing boutiques become addictive. Do I need a 4th one, maybe... My only wish? That more styles, especially the beautiful opals and zodiac pieces, came in white gold. Guess I'll just have to keep checking back...

Annie and Jade have been my go to piercers for years. Prior to getting any piercings, they require you to watch piercing healing and care videos so you know what you're getting into. I love Pineapple (the owner) and his commitment to being thorough and honest when it comes to healing. They are so patient and knowledgeable when it comes to jewlery selection, the piercing itself and healing. They are APP members here--that mixed with their calming demeanor really helps with calming nerves. I swear by this shop and their piercers -- also free parking in the lot and after care packages!

Several years ago I had Billyjack do an improvement/cover-up to a tattoo I had got from a shop in…read moreNew Orleans. Then last week I went in for a new one. Neither of the designs were complicated or intricate...just some 3-5 inch ones. If you've seen Billyjack's Instagram page you know the man can do some pretty fabulous, complicated pieces so my stuff wasn't exactly anything that was automatically going to get his artistic juices flowing. And that's what I love about Billyjack. Even on when you give him a fairly simple concept, he'll make sure he makes it more and special. The most important thing he does in my opinion though is that he acts like a partner or a consultant, not just an artist who's going to execute the design you bring him. My experience down in New Orleans with the other shop was one where it was kind of like "whatever you want, man". I didn't need that, I needed a strong guiding hand and that's what I got with Billyjack. I threw out some ideas and he pretty much said what would and wouldn't work and then expanded on what would. Oh, and he's a blast to talk with. How many tattoos have you had where you and the artist have covered: dogs, kids (OK, those first 2 are pretty easy), rent relief policies during COVID and Roth IRA's. And laughing the whole time.

When I walked into the tattoo parlor, it looked clean, professional, and well put together. Based…read moreon the appearance alone, I felt confident I would receive good service. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at all. The artist who worked on me seemed inexperienced, and the process didn't match what I was told. What should have taken around 30 minutes was discussed as taking several hours, which already felt off. In the end, I was charged $200 for a cover-up that I'm extremely unhappy with--especially since it's on my face. To make matters worse, the artist didn't follow through on what was promised. He said he would work on two tattoos but only did one, and even then, it wasn't what I asked for. I specifically wanted a design resembling stitches, but instead I was left with a large black feather on my head that I deeply regret. The environment also felt unprofessional. The staff came across as dismissive and made me feel judged for the tattoo ideas I wanted, which added to an already negative experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unhappy with both the service and the final result. I would not recommend this shop. Are there any tattoo shops in the area willing to help fix a bad face tattoo once it heals? I'm worried it might scar, and I'm trying to figure out my options. If anyone has experience with cover-ups or thinks removal would be a better route, please let me know. I'd really appreciate any advice or recommendations--this is something I'm stressing about and want to fix the right way. I'm not trying to bash the entire shop, because there seemed to be some talented artists there. However, I do want to warn others about my experience with one specific artist. The artist I worked with--whose name may be Ivan or Isaac--came across as confident, but in my opinion did not demonstrate the level of knowledge or experience I expected. For example, when I asked about certain techniques like blood shading, he didn't seem to understand what I was referring to. That raised concerns for me about his training and experience. Again, this does not reflect everyone at the shop, but based on my experience, I would personally not recommend working with that particular artist.
