I went back in June 2024. I didn't like that we had to pay beforehand with cash. They mentioned some story about how some dude ran away without paying. But besides that, my tattoo came out pretty bad. The lines aren't straight. He also pinned my arm down and stretched it. He went so deep that there's a blowout. God awful customer service. Didn't even get in the door (see the photos). We were going to travel to Dallas to meet up with family and get our first tattoos together. We have been in contact for a few weeks now and they told us to come in as walk-ins. Cool! We had some reasonable questions (for our first time), and whomever we were communicating with (again, see photos) thought we were being difficult, rather, that our "vibe sucks." I wish the best for the artists of this shop (their art is super cool), but it appears to me that they might not be getting as much patronage as they could be, because of the sensitivity sitting behind the front counter answering questions. Update: we were just told that we would not getting our deposit back because of profanity. We took this to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. I went to this place 4 months ago to get my septum pierced and a tattoo. The person who did my tattoo was amazing and I had a great experience, I had Ceno he was amazing. The piercer on the other hand pierced way too low and crooked. He pierced through my cartilage and there was a lot of bleeding after the piercing. He made a comment saying that maybe I'm just bad with pain bc it was bleeding and my eyes were watering. He made a face of concern after he was finished so I could tell he knew he messed up. I don't remember his name but he has blue eyes and a couple of nose piercings. His comments didn't make me feel comfortable. I ended up having to get it re pierced at a different shop. I don't recommend going here if you want to get it done right the first time. Everyone was really nice but I'm disappointed I had to pay to get it done again. read more

A lot can happen in a year (from adding a few modifications to completely adapting to a whole new way of life because of COVID-19). I feel compelled to write an update on this establishment for a lot of reasons. The first reason was because I meant to do this in the first place since I wrote my first review. Let me start off by saying that I am very satisfied with the services I received from this location. I met a few individuals who are very talented in the work that they do. Their professionalism really showed during every encounter I had with them. I was a frequent customer because of the rapport that was built over a period of time. If I am giving this place of business a "positive" review, it is because of the people who I received tattoos and piercings from! I wouldn't have the amazing tattoos and piercings that I have now. When I came to this shop a year ago, I didn't have a single tattoo on my body and the only piercings I had was the standard earlobe piercings that were done by a nonprofessional. Respectfully, the pictures I'm attaching are all the stuff I got while I came to CPT ONLY. I have since gotten more tattoos from the artists I met here. I got a piercing there and as we disagreed as to the placement, I usually think I know what's best and it's my face so I stand my ground but this time I thought you know I'll let the professional take the reins. My piercing was like 3 inches off from where I told him I wanted it, I am mediately started bruising up and up the biggest blackeye which I'm told will not happen if it's pierced right, I called back two days later to ask if it could be removed and was told a comma it would cost $60 to remove it which was just about as much as I paid for it, and second that I would need to wait three months before it healed to get it removed. I was then told it would be very painful and it would have to be cut out of my face so I'm not sure where any of this information was when we were having a consult and he told me how awesome it was and looked and it was the easiest piercing ever and could come right out if I didn't like it, but what frustrated me the most was a complete just concerned and unwillingness to have me come in and look at it or work with me in anyway. Fast forward months later and I still don't think it's healed because it hurts like an SOB anytime I touch it or brush against it on accident and I was told by a friend that it looks like it might be infected which is why it is sensitive and swollen so now what do I do? I'm not going back to someone who did a poor job and wasn't truly honest with me to have them cut some thing out of my face and further address any possible infection per their expertise of course sorry but I wouldn't go back here. With that said, things can change immensely just with the new Piercer same with a new tattoo artist self couple years from now if they're utilizing someone different and someone that knows her stuff and wouldn't leave you for dead after the piercing didn't work out then I would consider read more

Do not recommend for septum piercings. I went in to get my septum repierced. I had gotten it checked at another studio while getting my nostril pierced and I know it was ~3/4 of the way still open, it was just the left side that needed to be repierced. I told this to the piercer and that I'd like the same hole done. He kind of brushed me off and agreed while not really paying attention to anything I was saying. I laid still and let the piercing happen, trusting him to do his job correctly. I'm now a week into having my septum pierced and I can't get over how crooked the piercing is. It also isn't through the hole I had previously. I can feel that hole towards the tip of my nose. The new piercing is crooked and closer to my face than the tip of my nose. The left side is very close to my face while the right side is closer to the tip of my nose, not far from the original hole. I would not recommend this place as I now wasted money on this piercing and have excess holes in my nose. I will likely be removing this piercing as it is done so poorly and it's embarrassing how crooked and awful it is. Go other places for your septum wants because this place doesn't care about you or what the piercing looks like. read more

I had a nose piercing done and it's like day 3 now and I had to take it out. it looked great on the top but the hole below was really close to the end of my nostril. pierced really crooked and there was no room for swelling so the diamond started sinking into my nose. it's $40. He free-handed the snake on my arm with a pen before tattooing it and I couldn't be happier. I gave him an idea for the alien and he took off with his own design and made it perfect. My friends and I were feeling spontaneous and wanted to get various ear piercings done on a Saturday afternoon. We did some research and I saw the good reviews and they take walk ins. The inside has cool decor, a nice waiting area, and we filled out the standard forms. The room itself for the piercings was very clean and Eric was very patient and knowledgeable. He pierced the 4 of us (6 piercings total) in about 35 minutes including a breakdown of cleaning and care. He's awesome! I'll definitely come back here because I have had no issues at all! Painless! I was told that I could change my jewelry on a nostril piercing after 4-6 weeks which is sooo off. I then got a keloid and they were not able to help me with getting rid of it.
