Going to Ava Piercing has been such a great experience every time--really fun, professional, and just overall comfortable, which makes the whole journey feel even better. While Trinity and Modey may not have pierced every one of these themselves, they're always helpful at taking care of and diagnosing healing issues with any one of my piercings. And, lately... I've had a handful ‍ Trinity has been wonderful at helping me piece together my ideas, as well as SO patient while I continually change my mind on the jewelry for not only my new piercings but the piercings that are healed. I can finally start adding chains, charms, and different jewelry combinations to customize everything and make each piercing feel more like my style. They genuinely make me feel more confident and beautiful, and it's honestly exciting seeing everything come together after waiting so long for them to heal. read more

I LOVE Trinity and trust her completely with everything from helping me pick my jewelry to her knowledgeable and precise piercing techniques! I recently purchased a 14k yellow gold chain from Ava Piercing Company to add to my first lobe piercing and Brandy was very nice and reached out to let me know that the chain they had was a little different than pictured and asked if I was okay with the substitute or if I wanted a refund. It was nice to have options and I was happy with the substitute. Shipping was quick and my kids and I enjoyed the little candies that were included! The website is easy to navigate and I would purchase from them again! read more

I finally got to visit this piercing studio I've been following on social media for about a year and a half. I've always admired their ear curations from afar and been amazed by their creativity. Trinity, the owner, was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her patience and recommendations were greatly appreciated. Most importantly, the customer service and client connection was awesome. I was immediately comfortable the minute I walked in and was greeted by Boone. That initial point of contact can make or break an experience. I didn't get pierced, but I did do some jewelry upgrades and there was a great rose gold collection to choose from. I had no idea what I wanted and walked out with beautiful, unexpected decisions. Go for the experience and shop for the wide jewelry selection. read more

My daughter wanted some new piercings for her 16th birthday, and my best friend suggested we go to Ava Piercing to get them done. I'm so happy we took her suggestion. Everyone there was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. We absolutely loved Modey! They took their time walking us through everything with kindness and patience, and made great alternative suggestions when some of our original ideas wouldn't work due to anatomy. Modey made the actual piercing process a gentle and positive experience. At the end of the day, my daughter left with 3 new lobe and 1 new hidden helix piercing, and I ended up with 2 new stacked lobe piercings! We will definitely be back to see Modey for any future piercings. Thank you Modey, you are the best! read more

I came in the other day to get my nose piercing jewelry replaced, because a different shop gave me poor quality jewelry and incorrectly sized me which led to me having the dreaded piercing bump. Modey was incredibly kind and patient when it came to helping me find new jewelry and was successful with changing the jewelry in the least painful way possible. I 10000% recommend this shop. My piercing bump has already gone down immensely due to replacing it with high quality jewelry and I will definitely be returning! Thank you Modey for all of your help! read more

I got my bridge pierced (by Andrea) - it's healing great!! I was able to get an inital downsize before I moved cross-country too. I so, so appreciated the care Andrea took when marking my face for the placement. Due to the location, a crooked angle would be super noticabe; however, it turned out perfect!! Andrea was great at prompting my breathing during the actual piercing, which always helps a ton with not flinching/pain. I'm very sad to have moved out of state, but I will be sure to swing by Ava anytime I'm back in the area! read more

Absolutely amazing experience at Ava Piercing Company! They were able to accommodate a walk in request, store front and room for piercing were immaculate, and the selection for piercings were plentiful. Modey completed my piercing and throughout the process was talking me through every step as well as asking me and allowing me to ask any questions to make sure I was comfortable and getting exactly what I was hoping for. I completed a second lobe piercing on both ears and could not be happier with the final outcome. I will 100% be returning for future piercings! read more

Love love love AVA. There is absolutely NO other place to go. Fantastic place to get pierced. Trinity was amazing and very informative and she really cares about you and your situation. I have not been able to wear earrings for the last 20 years and wanted to get my nose pierced. I decided wth, and did it but didn't find this place until a week later when my new piercing started to give me issues. I researched and learned about being an APP approved shop so I knew this place could be trusted. She helped me understand my situation and explained to me the best way to help get me back on track with better quality jewelry. She swapped out my nose stud, and placed new earrings in my ears. Happy to report that there are no angry swollen ears (which has never happened before) and my nostril piercing feels WAY better! Highly, highly recommend to everyone. I will never purchase my jewelry anywhere else and looking forward to getting more piercings done in the near future. I can't say enough about the quality of care you get here. I had my septum pierced and am currently building up my curation of my ears. I implore everyone to come here for all of their piercings and jewelry needs. They are simply the BEST! read more

Trinity is amazing! She has been so helpful and patient with me. I got a helix piercing from a piercer in Roseville who recommended Trinity for my downsizing since I live in Temecula. I wasn't, but I wasn't happy with my original jewelry and she helped change it out and I am so happy. She mapped out my ear for possible future piercings and I can't wait to fully curate my ears with her. I wish I could just buy all her jewelry as well because all her pieces are amazing!! read more

I'd been going to a well- known piercing shop in my city and been working on curating my ears for the last year and a half or so. First, the jewelry pieces are extraordinary and really caught my eye! Then, the designs that the piercer and clients came up with were so creative and original, I had to visit for myself. As a healthcare professional I was impressed with the cleanliness of the studio and the education that precedes your piercing. Trinity, the owner, was very professional, kind and enthusiastic when asked for ideas. I felt heard and supported when it came to my choices in jewelry and location of my piercing (conch). I absolutely LOVE my new piece! And I'm always thinking of my next additions. I couldn't recommend this business and staff any higher. It was a wonderful experience! read more

I would like to start this review by saying that Trinity is amazing!!! (TLDR: AVA Piercing can't be beat when it comes to safe piercing practices, beautiful jewelry selections, and amazing customer service!) Every time I've been to AVA, I've felt so welcomed and safe! The studio is very clean and well-maintained. Previous piercings that I have gotten from Trinity have healed beautifully and Trinity has made it very clear that she is always there for troubleshooting or any questions throughout any healing process which is much appreciated! I very recently got a floating navel done by Trinity, and the process was so smooth! Her bedside manner is the best I've ever seen from someone! I had a previous navel piercing that unfortunately rejected due to incorrect jewelry (not done at AVA) and Trinity did an amazing job handling my scar tissue and explaining the whole process step by step when I got my floating navel! I've always been insecure about my midsection but Trinity has helped with giving me confidence and I can never be more thankful for that! Another thing to note is that the jewelry section at AVA can't be beat! They have the best quality jewelry from the top piercing jewelers and I love how at AVA they prioritize supporting companies that pay their employees livable wages and have safe work conditions! I also can't forget to shout out Brandy and Andrea! Every time I have talked to them I've felt so welcomed and like I've known them my whole life! Everyone at AVA is so sweet and I seriously look forward to seeing all of them there! I'm always looking for an excuse to stop by and see them (and the pretty jewelry too of course) I can't recommend AVA Piercing enough! read more

My piercing experience at AVA piercing was sweet to the soul, and healthy for the body. On the fence about getting a new piercing? This isn't going to be anything like that one piercing you got at the mall in the 90's y'all, AVA is where you need to be! Gone are the days of a piercing gun, after choosing a beautiful new piece of *real* jewelry that won't change colors (or make you sick) from a diverse selection for all price ranges, Trinity will take you back to an immaculate private room with calming decor (it's the little things, right?) and will talk you through the e n t i r e process, making you feel included and informed. Don't let past bad experiences keep you from getting that piercing you've always wanted. AVA has everything you are looking for and things you didn't know you needed (hello, breathing techniques!) Thank you to Trinity + Manny for my pieces so far, and here's to many more in the future! read more

I absolutely love AVA Piercing! Not only do they have the most beautiful jewelry that you can truly live in, but they also care about educating you on every aspect of the piercings you are getting or are thinking of getting. I also appreciate that high standards behind choosing the quality of the jewelry that install. I have been struggling with doctors appointments that would normally require me to remove all jewelry but because AVA only uses implant grade and solid gold I am able to keep them in no matter what (they also helped me get the correct paperwork to provide my doctors)!! I absolutely adore this place! I've received several piercings from Trinity. She's so patient, answered all my questions, took the time to help me pick jewelry that will look nice and go over placement. The experience is so different than a tattoo shop. My first time getting pierced was the typical getting pierced at the mall by a teenager with a piercing gun. The experience was traumatic as a child and put me off getting more piercings as an adult, even though I love them. When I decided to get my second lobe piercing I knew I wanted to go somewhere reputable. A little research lead me to Trinity and Ava Piercing Company. My experience was so amazing, I now have 16 piercings with plans for more. I faced a fear with Trinity on my side and found a new passion for jewelry and piercings. Trinity is always there to support during the healing journey and won't let you do anything that she knows your body can't handle. I thought I would be annoying asking for jewelry changes and to switch things up, but she is always there and happy to help. She was a huge help when I needed to take my piercings out for a CT scan of my head and I absolutely could not done it without her. She is happy to help with custom ordering pieces and just generally is your curation cheerleader. Cannot sing her praises enough. I will always recommend Ava Piercing Co to anyone who asks about my piercings. read more
